Our experience in the show room was very good, staff very helpful& informative. We were freely allowed to explore the beds & try them.
We highly recommend all the staff we dealt with in your Waterlooville store.
Where the problem came was the long wait for it to be delivered. We had the keys to our new house 9th April but didn't receive the bed until 28th May. It was due to arrive 22nd May but was postponed due to the mattress not arriving. This we feel is a very long wait & would possibly prevent us from coming to you for other beds we need for guest rooms. It was this wait time that has reduced the number of stars we have given you.
The delivery& set up of the bed went well apart from we have a black mark on the side of the new mattress, which means it did not arrive in perfect condition.

We were attended to straight away and the staff listened to our issues with coming to a decision with a mattress of choice and we were able to find the suitable mattress that was just right for both me and my wife. We hope that with the choice of the winter/summer mattress with variable sides we have made the right decision, although we were only able to experience lying on the summer side (which was just Goldylux like :)), we trust that the winter side would be just as good. Only hoping that the delivery will be as arranged, cross fingers.

Our experience was ok. It would have been better if between the manager and sales guy knew whether the complete bed came with the headboard. It was annoying to find that after been told one thing the day before the price included the headboard only to find on completion we had to find extra money for it

Looking for new wardrobes. Excellent service from Katelyn at Waterlooville.
She explained in detail about individual wardrobes, and different combinations. She was very Friendly and not pushy. Great service thankbyou Katelyn. Love my chosen wardrobes.

The sales assistant at the Waterlooville store was very knowledgeable and explained all the beds to me, he listened to what I was saying and he ensured that I made the right choice. As a very nervous & anxious customer I felt at ease within minuets enabling me to feel comfortable trying out all the beds and pillows, I left the store feeling very happy with my purchases and looking forward to getting my new bed.

Excellent service from Charles, the manager at Waterlooville branch. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Sadly the experience was not consistent with the delivery drivers who didn’t spot the low bridge sign and refused to go on the clearly marked alternative route. We were then marked as “missed delivery”. It took a few calls with customer services to rearrange which was far from ideal. In the end one item was missed from the delivery. Still to come.
The beds are perfect and as expected. Thanks to Charles.

Great friendly helpful staff

Rachel was the best help we could of had when picking our new mattress she helped us all the way and showed us the thing we was looking for and explained every mattress to us so we could understand what it was and was pleased we had her on our side to help

Was sold two natural solution mattresses by Rachel, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process very smoothly. She was very friendly and just a very happy person to be shown round the store with. Glad we came as the store was clean and layed out well.

Huge range of beds to suit all budgets but what set Bensons apart was the knowledge of the person who served us. We had been struggling to find a bed to suit us both. Caitlin, listened and questioned to understand our problem completely. She then showed us a range of beds, at a range of prices and firmness, before we settled on the perfect mattress. Not a hint of pressure selling, just confident advice.

I would just like to say that your young knowledgable Staff at the Waterlooville Branch were well versed and informative about the products in the store and the purchase we made. It was nice to see how a branch should be when an important thing like a bed is purchased. Bensons keep up the good work in how you keep your staff so bright and not asleep on bed sales 👍 well done

Firstly went looking here a while ago & Rachel was extremely helpful, explaining about the differences in our choices, we had not available funds at the time & said we would be back, we didnt look anywhere else as they were so informative first time.we have been here now a few times to make sure it's what we wanted & that they would deliver upstairs also. We went in again today to order the bed, again saw Rachel who has now ordered our bed for us & clearly explaining delivery & 40 day comfort guarantee, looking forward to having our bed & mattress delivered & fingers crossed the delivery is same service as the shop is 5 star!!
