A great shopping experience
We went to the Uddingston branch and received excellent service from Lynn when we purchased our new bed. No pressure selling at all, just friendly and helpful advice. She explained the differences between the mattresses and bases, showed us the different fabrics for headboards and explained how the bases fitted together. We were really happy with the service - Lynn is a credit to the store.

Their products are great but delivery is not that great they tell you one thing when you buy and is happening something else when is delivered and on top of that the drivers they are very impolite

Friendly knowledgeable staff helped…
Friendly knowledgeable staff helped with our new bed purchase without being pushy. Delivery service was excellent and guys cleaned up and took away all the packaging . Excellent communication from purchase to delivery of bed. Only negative was the igel pillows not worth £69 each and not as comfortable as the ones we tried in the showroom.

We walked in and was greeted by the same staff member who sold us our Divan Base and Headboard last year Lynn. We were in looking for a new Mattress. Lynn showed us round lots of different ones to try and we decided to go for another Igel Mattress to replace our old one and is due to be delivered on Thursday thanks for everything Lynn
