The bed is fantastic but I payed for the bed to be assembled but after assembly the mattress board/base of the ottoman bed frame fell through to the storage area, I informed the drivers and the solution they came up with was to loosen the blocks which now rattled, and was told if that isn't right then I need to call customer services, so I read the instructions and adjusted the bed myself and fixed the problem, which is in my opinion a waste of £95 as i would have been better assembling it myself
Bensons for beds customer service have been in touch and refunded me the £95 as a good will gesture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with the assembly service. This definitely isn’t the standard we expect, especially when you’ve paid £95 for professional assembly.
We have contacted you today to resolve this.

Good sales team
Good sales team. Quality bed. However when we were putting it together there were several bolts and washers missing. We had to buy them to finish putting bed together!

Great , but haven't slept on it yet. Instore fine, delivery good. But, when I rang 2 weeks before the delivery date I was told that I couldn't defer it, which was contrary to what I was told instore at purchase.
