Bensons for beds ,, brilliant
Had my new bed from Bensons for beds delivered, Received a phone call 30 minutes before Nick and Steven arrived. The both were polite, asked where the bed was going, respected my property and carried out the assembly of the bed, with professionalism. They also tidied up after themselves, and showed the assembled bed offering to move it if required. Many thanks again lads a great job, and a good night's sleep...

Pleasant and comfortable
When my husband and I came into the store to look for a sofa bed we were not pestered by staff as like in a lot of stores. We were left alone to browse which was brilliant and relaxing, rather than being rushed. When we needed help we received it by the pleasant and knowledgeable man serving, (Paul).
He advised us whilst showing us different sofa beds. This led to us to purchase a great sofa bed and we left the store happy and satisfied.

From entering the store to departure…
From entering the store to departure salesperson 'Mark' was indeed most helpful in explaining the types of mattresses available to meet requirement as reviewed the day before on Bensons web site.
Mark then undertook us to try a good selection of the mattresses available.
We were then offered to try the comfortability test on a mattress that identifies potentially the type of mattress most suitable.
Following the test Mark identified some mattress to try from which we identified the most suitable.
Of note the mattress we chose was not the one we had in mind from viewing the web site.
We tried this mattress on entering the store, then Mark approached and advised other mattresses of the same type available to try, thus ensuring we purchase the most suitable from undertaking the testing.
We were not rushed throughout the store visit and Mark took time to explain fully each type of mattress tested.
Mark was both polite most helpful throughout the store visit and I consider him to be of great benefit to Bensons.
