Adam went above and beyond
Adam went above and beyond to help my partner and I. I am disabled and have back problems and a lot of complications around sleeping and Adam had so much helpful information and advice to offer as well as being understanding. He was extremely patient and left us to discuss between outselves at times too. He knew just what the customer needed and couldn’t fault him. Thank you!

The experience at Bensons was excellent…
The experience at Bensons was excellent from start to finish. The store manager Adam was most helpful and informative on our visit to the Peel centre, without being too "pushy". We bought the mattress content with the visit. The time and date for delivery was "spot on". The men who delivered the mattress were polite and competent. They went so far as to actually place this heavy item on the required bed frame, in a pleasant and cheerful manner. Thanks again to you and your staff for a brilliant job, well done. Not told about the weight reuirement for a powered ottoman bed
sold a bed without all the information and when the issue was raised (sold a powered ottoman bed that neesds a certain weight) I am accuesed of lying and the store told me about the wieght which tey did not as they were closing.
The engineers that installed teh bed said it was a common issue as people aren't told as did the technician that came to look at it, but itis me that is making htis up. shambles of a lying company that I will never use again.

Excellent service! I didn’t expect any discounts as the sofa beds I wanted to buy are cheaper already. But the staff showed me the offer that l I will have was too surprised me! He was made my day and only 10 days waiting to delivery 2 sofa beds. Super good and happy.

Service satisfactory , although prices less so
The service was satisfactory but the prices are relatively expensive compared, for example, with Amazon, which has many mattresses for sale for under £100, one or two even including free delivery and few for sale at over £200. Admittedly Bensons offer a five year guarantee as kindly mentioned in the sale but its small print includes so many restrictions for wear and tear and whatever that to me it seems of little value.
