On the hottest day …30 degrees plus. Andy and Sean arrived on time at midday. They unloaded the extremely heavy matress and carried it some distance to a first floor flat. They unpacked and installed it without any problem and were extremely pleasant. I cannot thank them enough.

The company has made a bed that is so comfortable and only regret I did'nt have it sooner. Staff were O.K my initial visit was rather longer than I expected, the assistant kept disappearing, I was'nt quite sure I was making the correct decision but thankfully I most certainly did. Delivery was O.K they did just what they had to. I would recommend Bensons for beds.

Seamless buying experience
The process, from choosing the right mattress, to purchase and delivery was seamless. The salesman (forgot his name) went to great lengths to ensure we got the right mattress for us and didn't push for us to buy a more expensive option either. The delivery guys made what was a rather tight manoeuvre upstairs look like a walk in the park, with no 'scrapes' or damage. Would definitely recommend Benson's.

They really are the best of the best in their knowledge and experience of purchasing a new bed and mattress. We bought two mattresses from Bensons for Beds in Stockport. We are very pleased with both. We were served in store by Mohammad Adia, who was really helpful in explaining the various nuances of each mattress. The store is clean and tidy. Beds were well priced and clearly labelled.
Grace, the salesperson, was helpful and informative, willing to give us her time and answer our questions. Interest free credit was a bonus too.
However, the process of actually completing the paperwork for the bed was unbelievably slow and that was quite frustrating
