Shelly made our shopping experience feel very relaxed from the moment we entered the store.she was able to answer all our questions and didn’t pressurise us to make a purchase .The product appears to be very good quality for the price including a competitive insurance and delivery . Poor in store experience good online
Very poor in store, incredibly dismissive and pushy. Told us it would be weeks and weeks until anything could be delivered (not the case when ordering online)
Good website, would prefer to see available dates prior to paying as this could be far from how long it 'estimates'
