Professional but friendly service

Had a bed on order got told it was going to be with us on Tuesday it was Tuesday on the time of order so we redecorated the bedroom on the Friday threw out the old bed and then on the Monday got a email to say it's not coming till another 21 days then instead of calling me a email to be told to phone the store as there is a problem I phoned the store to be told yes its delayed there is nothing we can do no sorry no help at all so u said I wanted a refund to be told I will ring u back ..get a phone call back to be cleverly told you have free pillows can't refund till we get them I Said fine will pop down ..a while later pop in the shop in Parkgate rotherham to be heard them talking how it's her with pillows you deal with her I got a man called John who didn't even say hello he said I'm sorting it now never asked me to sit down no nothing didn't speak to me till he asked for a signature and told the people behind me to take a seat in front of his desk I will be five minutes he said sign hear I did he gave me receipt and said that's it so I asked how long for refund he said not up to us it's your bank I said where shall I put pillows he said throw them over there ill sort them and said to the new customer how are you how can I help it was like I was muck

Went to buy bedroom furniture got a great deal on buy one get one half price on wardrobes then bought chest of drawers got the bedside table half price no pushy salespeople

I went in to buy a bed because I’m moving house. There was a lady that helped me through picking what’s best for me and was very knowledgeable. She didn’t push any high prices in me and she was very friendly
