We knew certain things we wanted but not having bought a bed for a number of years it was confusing and more expensive than we realised
However, John, the salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the right bed for us .

The member of staff remembered us from previous visits. Gave us the help we needed. Offered information at the right times. Never felt pressured into products we didn’t need which is a welcome relief.

Visited my local benson beds for a new…
Visited my local benson beds for a new mattress , the sales advisor was very knowledgeable, showed me all different mattresses and explained the difference , I had a very fussy teenager with me that took ages to decide what she wanted and tried every bed in the shop , the sales guy was not pushy at all and I think if I’d have walked away purchasing nothing he would have been fine with it . So a 👍 for benson beds .
