Excellent customer service from beginning to end from Mr Arif. Great delivery service.

Only giving two starts for the escalation team that had to pick up the pieces for the Reading store manager who tried to scam me out of £200+ for my exchange, called me up rude on the phone after I had been in the store twice to be told that the manager doesn’t start until after midday whenever he's on shift, took nearly 3 weeks from the first visit to get a phone call from him to be spoken to rudely, told I was only getting this amount for my bed when I had paid over £200 more for it, escalations at bensons for beds did amazing and sorted it out for me so thank you to them! If I could put 5 stars just for you guys I would but unfortunately I can’t.

We had a fantastic experience with Bensons for Beds. From the moment we visited the store, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right bed.

The delivery arrived exactly as promised, the packaging was excellent, and the quality of the bed exceeded our expectations.

A big thank you to everyone at Bensons for Beds for providing such great customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.

We went in with the aim to browse as we hadn't found what we were looking for up to this point. Farooq was fantastic and helped us find what we had been looking for and was very good at price matching the mattress we had found elsewhere.

Bought via the internet. Customer service agent was polite knowledgeable and helpful.
Delivery team were great.Steve and Carl get the job done quickly despite it being a very warm day. Cleared up any packaging and explained what had been done.
In future need more info on dimensions of the bed base. The new one is 2 to 3 inches higher than my previous one. This makes it very difficult for my short and semi disabled wife to get into bed. My fault I assumed all divine bases were the same height.

General experience was very good with respect to purchase and delivery:
Store assistance helped making a decision. Guidance on post purchase activity till delivery were provided with great detail.
Delivery was as per planned date and time slot. I requested a specific time slot by calling. There was an indication that the actual delivery time can depend on some factors. Finally delivery people arrived before time which I tried to avoid to not have a missed delivery reporting.
Luckily things went okay.

Very happy with the overall customer service from picking out the perfect mattress in store to getting it on my bed by the delivery team!

My entire journey with Bensons for Beds has been truly incredible. Right from the time my husband and I entered the store at Forbury Gardens and were served by the Sales Representative --- Arif; all the way till the bed and mattress were delivered by Gary Jones and his associate --- the entire journey was remarkable. Everyone from the team were incredibly friendly, kind, respectful and absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back to Bensons to buy the second bed and mattress for the guestroom in our house and will absolutely be recommending Bensons to everyone I know in the UK. The huge choice at Benson for Beds looked overwhelming at first sight and my wife and I required a lot of help to define our needs and purchase the correct mattress for us. Shayne patiently explained all of the areas to consider and we thanked him for his help which was most appreciated.
