Great choice of beds for all price ranges. All options explained thoroughly. Kayleigh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new mattress during a sale period for a good price. All in all a good experience.

All your members of staff that we dealt with are helpful, honest people. The gentleman in your shop in Rayleigh was very helpful and did not hound us, he answered all of the questions and just let us look around. The delivery drivers were very friendly and happy to help taking the mattress upstairs, cleared all the rubbish. Very lovely gentlemen

explained everything we needed and ran through the delivery process. Very happy with the bed and delivery service.

Don't buy a mattress and try and cancel it before even agreeing a delivery date. Their Raleigh offices charge 20% for a cancellation and 10% to change your order.

Their sales person is overly efficient except they don't answer their phones.

As their mattress prices seem to start at £1,000, I chose to lose 20% to avoid being well and truly @@@@. That cost me £40.

I don't recommend them at all!

Brought now 6 mattresses and beds in total from these guys over the last few years . Service is always great with excellent products. Have had several people ask me for the mattresses I’ve purchased ,and passed on the details . Team are always excellent and get me the best deal .
