Helpful and friendly associate whom I was able to relate my sleeping problems too and he showed me several beds until I found one that fits my needs.

The chap helped me pick the right bed for me and needs and was not pushy .

DO NOT BUY FROM BENSONS. Not even worthy of 1 star. Their warranty on beds means nothing and they will try to ignore you if you complain. The sales staff will mislead you and tell you what you want to hear to get a sale. We are left with a silent night mattress that broke in the first month or so and Bensons have done nothing to help and ignored our deadline. I would urge all who have experienced similar to report Bensons to Trading Standards and take them to the small claims court if your bed is not satisfactory quality and fit for it’s purpose.

We were welcomed into the store and Jason helped us straight away. We walked in unsure of what we were looking for but he helped us understand all of the different options available to us. He answered every question with ease and got us a really good deal in the end! Excited for our new bed, headboard, and mattress- would highly reccomend!

Sarah at benson for beds Peterborough was fantastic. I called up to look for a specific mattress, she found it and put it aside for me to collect. Excellent service and lovely lady!

I came into the store not knowing what I actually wanted. But left with a big smile and happy with my item’s ottoman bed and pillows. Jason was so helpful and supportive in helping to make me make the right choice with my budget. Great experience.
