We received a text message at 8:00am saying our mattress would arrive between 9:30am and 11:30am and then we received a phone call shortly after saying delivery would be with us at 9:15am. Staff were polite.

A big thank you to Max
Max was our sleep expert and he was great...friendly, calm and very helpful...glad we got you Max. More like Max please. My son was out to purchase a bed and that he did! Tempur was the bed he chose and a couple of pillows to match. Max left us alone to validate the choice my son had made. He wasn't pushey but there when we needed him. Thank you Max..we'll be back! 🤖

Great service from Bensons for Beds

We got emails and texts updating us on the progress of our mattress. We got a text giving us a timeframe for the delivery. The delivery driver,Gary and his young assistant, were very respectful and helpful. We were pleased with the whole experience of ordering, receiving updates, and finally having the mattress delivered. Thank you to everyone at Bensons for Beds.

Reassuring contact
I was contacted in good time regarding the delivery which was made within the timescale indicated, and the driver contacted me some 30 minutes before arrival - twice, as the first time the message didn’t get through owing to a poor signal.
The bed was assembled with minimum fuss.

Excellent service from store to delivery.
This is our third bed from Bensons. Once again the service at the store was just right, informative and friendly. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and the delivery team took care in the installation plus removed our old bed and all wrapping. Great job.
