Faced with an overwhelming choice of beds, we were guided very professionally by the sales person (Keafer) who listened to everything we said and who managed to narrow down the choice very effectively. He knew his stuff and drew up a quote for us, which we were under no obligation to buy. We left the shop to have a think and returned at a later date to purchase, with a slight alteration to our original quote. Huge choice of delivery dates and some were quite soon. All in all a very satisfying shopping experience and we chose Bensons because it was so much better than our experiences with other bed companies we visited.

The gentleman who served us (Simon) was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable who explained the features and benefits of different mattresses. He also explained the delivery process and the various options for returns etc. My wife and I were impressed by the level of service

The salesman was fine
Nice and polite and trying to help. We picked a bed and asked about discounts. He said no to that and when asked about an NHS discount he said only online, that it wasn't very much and we'd be waiting months for a mattress that way. I looked online & decided to go with that as it was £50 cheaper there due to a deal. After I told him I'd order online he became rude and dismissive. I was going to complain to the store but he may have been having a bad day. I wouldn't shop there again.

He was cheerful, knowledgeable & efficient throughout - made the process very easy. He had many customers to deal with but managed to answer various questions whilst flitting between everyone, and always with a smile - what a credit to your company! Many thanks.
