All good in the end
When the bed was up for delivery they told me it had a defect but because it near to Christmas they would still deliver it so we had a bed to sleep on and replace after Christmas 👍🏻but when the new replacement came it was the wrong side so had to wait for a another one but we got there eventually.

We visited the Loughborough store and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, welcoming smiles, and the team went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect bed & mattress. On the whole very helpful but did I detect a hint of prejudice in the manager's attitude. In the end we bought a satisfactory bed.
