Good, but uncomfortable shop experience
Generally a brilliant, seamless experience. The delivery drivers were great, very friendly and helpful. The store assistant we dealt with was also great and helpful, however when we initially walked into the shop, there were a couple of younger staff members gathered round whispering and giggling quietly while looking up at us as we walked through, which made us feel a little bit uncomfortable - If we hadn't have seen the bed we wanted online and fallen in love with it in the store, we would have walked out. Very unprofessional.

However, we are truly sorry for the initial unwelcoming impression left by some of our team members. We take your comments seriously and will use this feedback to ensure all our visitors feel comfortable and respected from the moment they walk through our doors.
Thank you,
