Delivery experience very poor. Mud left on carpets, curtain rail above front door knocked to the floor. They were in too much of a hurry!

Personal Service 10/10
The personal service I received from a relatively new member of staff was great. I spent nearly an hour in the show room trying out different mattresses. I would never have managed if I had to do this on line. I didn't realize that there were so many mattresses to chose from. Nothing beats personal face to face service.
