Really nice and helpful before buying - unhelpful after. Lack of clarity with change of order and passed on to finance company. Mattress terrible quality, followed instructions and still badly sunken in places. Just overall bad experience, I would pay more to get next bed/mattress elsewhere next time.

Richard at the Harrogate store was brilliant and very informative. I almost made a mistake of ordering a superking mattress without thinking about the headroom upon delivery. Richard told me to go away and measure before I ordered which I did and good job as it was apparent I needed to order a zip and link version to get it up the stairs! Richard was very helpful! Thank you!!
