Straightforward from start to finish.
Very helpful selecting the right mattress for us at their showroom. (Thank you Sherelie)
Kept updated as the mattress was manufactured to our specifications.
Delivery date agreed on day of purchase and delivery time given a few days in advance.
Delivered in the 2 hour time slot given.
Old mattress taken away for recycling (for a fee).
Everything straightforward and as promised.

Bought a new mattress from Bensons beds as ours was making our backs ache. The guy in the shop was friendly, (Richard?) knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t too pushy, which we liked. After trying quite a few beds in the shop, he recommended a couple of them and said we were welcome to go home and have a think about it, which we did. Phoned the following day and bought over the phone. It was delivered a few weeks later, nice and early in the day and we are now having a much better nights sleep. Excellent service. A great company

The delivery was perfect the driver rang me when he was half an hour away and they were here within that time and the two lads that came were bright and cheerfully so it all went to plan so could not fault it at all

Ann and her colleague were immensely helpful as well as friendly. Our needs were listened to and appropriate mattresses were suggested, alongside specific pillows.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the Harrogate branch. My brother and I were buying a new mattress for our elderly parents and the staff were very knowledgeable and gave us their advice which helped enormously

Excellent in store (Harrogate)advice. Placed order online. Good site and easy to use. We were kept informed through out the manufacture and delivery. Our delivery was punctual and the team polite and efficient.

So far I can only comment on in store experience, which was excellent.
We decided to replace our mattress which was purchased some years ago as a devan set from Bensons For Beds. Having visited a number of retailers and looked online we decided to visit Benson Harrogate store where we were served by Richard, who it appears is a bit of a 'Yoda' of the bed world. His expertise and customer service were second to none in making sure our requirements were met. I'm not sure spending cash can rate as a great experience but if it does this was one.

Excellent service, very helpful very knowledgeable and lovely friendly service from Shirelle she went over and above to make sure we got what we were looking for I highly recommend this store

From the minute I walked into the Harrogate store to the minute I left Ann and the team made me feel very welcome and both were very helpful and made my experience very quick and easy to find the bed I wanted and organised delivery to suit me

Friendly staff in store as well as efficient and polite delivery folks too. All round a great experience.

No information from the delivery staff. Headboard was not attached properly. No covers for our new carpet.

Ann was very helpful enabling me to choose the right mattress within my budget

The staff in the shop were excellent and the delivery men were on time and did a great job removing and bringing in the new mattresses.

I would have liked to have seen my bed before I purchased it, so rang around to see who had it in stock, although Harrogate didn't have one (as many of the other shops didn't) I decided to purchase it from them even though they weren't the closest to my home because the gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable about the product and could personally recommend it as he had purchased one for his own home.
Can't wait for delivery!

Have repeatedly used Bensons for Beds over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed by the quality of service, will always recommend.

Just ordered a bed and mattress from the Harrogate branch, what brilliant service from Ann ! she was so knowledgeable and friendly and helped me through the minefield of mattresses using the new computerised mattress assessor which measures your sleep positions weight etc to determine which mattress will suits you best.
Couldn't have been more helpful with absolutely no pressure to buy at any stage.Its lovely to have such quality customer service these days

The lady that helped us was very friendly and she spent time with us to find the best bed and mattress. I have diabetes and was feeling yuk and she offered chocolate and drinks. She made the whole experience very good.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
