shop staff very good , bed delivered on time and delivery people very good.

Honestly, I just popped in the Grimsby shop to have a look and to get an idea as my son needed a new double bed.
There was no pressure from the salesmen.. But what lovely Chaps.. Everything was fully explained.. My son laid on the machine to help with the correct mattress.. Looked at lots of beds and a good selection of suitable mattress.. By the time we had finished and there was no pressure, all my choice, we came out with a strong divan, beautiful headboard, fabulously comfortable Slumberland mattress, an all season quilt, protectors, i-gel pillows and mattress dust mite spray.. Had a lovely hour having a giggle with Marcus and Adrian.. And im sure Bensons till was happy too by the time i had finished.. Very happy with the service and the products.. Bed to be delivered soon.

Went to the Grimsby store just to have a look for a new bed, we were greeted by one of the salesmen team, later to find out his name was Adrian.
Ha asked what we was looking for, we said a double bed.
He offered us a try on a simulator type bed where he could adjust for firmness of the mattress. My wife tried it and we decided on a firm mattress.
Adrian was very knowledgeable and explained all the different bed types and left us to browse.
We chose a bed but said that we were going to try other stores before the final commitment, he quoted us for the bed that we chose and we said that we would come back Saturday if we hadn’t got sorted elsewhere.
We didn’t get sorted anywhere else and went back on the Saturday as promised.
Again we were dealt with by Adrian, who again was very friendly and went through the sale with us.
We got the bed delivered in around 3 weeks and again the delivery guys were friendly and respectful of our home.
All in all a very pleasant and professional service from start to finish.

We went bed shopping, went to multiple stores, but saw more of what we wanted in Bensons. Adrian in the Grimsby store was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. We got lots of useful information and a quote to take away with us so we could make an informed decision. With that in mind we decided to go back the next day to make our purchases and it all went very smoothly.

Assistant manager Lee at Grimsby store was very rude. I went in with my husband and two children and overhead Lee say to
His colleagues that ‘if you bring your children to a bed shop on a Sunday you’re a terrible parent’ and later ‘kids should be kept on a lead’

Awful experience, would never go again

Megan the employee helped me decide what was best with the budget I had and walked me round the showroom telling me the pros and cons of each bed and also just her over all attitude was amazing she made you actually feel like you wasn't annoying her or that she'd rather be else where.

Very helpful staff great customer service

Let me just start by stating that my wife always walks away when salesman are pushy. Today we saw Lee in the Grimsby branch. He was the opposite of pushy but was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. It was a fantastic experience with Lee guiding us through our choice, with lots of laughing along the way. A real credit to Bensons.

The delivery time was well within the estimate given, and the 2 delivery lads were very polite and helpful and made an excellent set up of the beds we had ordered. No complaints from us at all.😁😁

In a word, Lee. He was great, top guy. No pressure, relaxed still explained everything that we needed to know or asked. Filled us with confidence that we were in control of our purchase.

As long as Bensons can now uphold the service that Lee provided then there should be no worries. Let’s wait and see. Delivery expected in June by our request.
