The shop staff were amazing, knowledge and extremely helpful with no pressure to buy.. the delivery driver did not call 30 mins before arriving at my address, and they were extremely offended as I asked them to lift my old mattress off and move it 3 paces away to lean on the wall. I love alone so couldn't lift it. They were in a rush, not, helpful or friendly, and barged through my home with a heavy mattress as quickly as they could. In fact the exact opposite to the shop staff.. not a pleasure to deal with

i knew what i wanted when i entered the shop so it was really helpful they remembered me from the last sale. Great communication. the only thing i wasnt made aware of is the money off OR a cleaning kit so i have now got two cleaning kits where as id rather of had the money off but wasnt given the option and after explaining my situation i thought i would have been.
Luke and paul on delivery were amazing so friendly, tidy and patient with the children and their many of questions!

Bensons have been brilliant through ought the whole process. The per-sales was brilliant no hard sales, good old fashioned sales a laugh and a joke but with all the information, to make an informed decision.

I cant say there was anything they could do to get it better, other than make them for free

The service and products were first class and so good we wrote to the company directly to advise them how impressed we were.

Excellent throughout. Very helpful store staff who took time to show us the different types of bed and mattress suitable for our needs. Very clear communication. Delivery was as expected and on time.

No option to give no stars or would have done . Gave wrong information in store and sold something that was supposed to be part assembly but turned out to be full assembly and now will not refund as they say we ordered the item they did not care that there sales person told the wrong info . Now have had to go through the bank to dispute

From when I went into the shop to choose a mattress to delivery all the staff were patient and helpful in answering my questions. The delivery came within the allocated time slot and I had a phone call about 20mins before they arrived.
