Monju was fantastic - very helpful and knowledgeable. He had our best interest at heart and did not upsell us

Helpful member of staff,took trouble,but in the end the computer programme was the problem. Because we had a Spanish number the programme wouldn’t go far enough for us to buy.
However I went online when back home and my phone number did not cause a problem! Now we await delivery and hope that goes according to plan.

Bought Bed & Mattress during sale, reasonable price and excellent service by Manager Monju at Cambridge branch, with Mattress protector & Bed care kit given complementary due to longer wait to be served.

This is the 3rd bed I have purchased through bensons and again fantastic service.

We went into Bensons for Beds just to browse. We did not plan to make a decision to buy at first. We tried a lot of mattresses and looked at different beds. The store manager Monju spent a lot of time explaining the different beds and mattresses to us. He was very resourceful and gave us good advice and extra tips. We bought 2 beds with storage, 2 different mattress to suit my daughter and I. We felt we have made an informed decision in getting 2 amazing beds. Thank you to Monju and we highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Monju was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding the perfect mattress for me. He was very patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision.

Did not feel rushed and he was not pushing us for any particular brand of mattress which was refreshing.

His guidance ensured that we got the best mattress for us and gave us a great deal.

It was nice experience. The stall manager I think his name was Monju. He was a really experienced guy and he make us understand very wall. So I will give 5start for that.

I was dealt with by 2 members of staff, both were very helpful and I walked away with a perfect bed. I got home and had a question about my purchase, so I telephoned the store, there was no answer, I knew the shop was busy so was going to call again, but 5 minutes later a member of staff had seen the missed call and returned the call to me, excellent service.

Was not pressured but when we had questions answered promptly and helpful in making a decision

Rinsha & Monju were fantastic they gave us time to have a good look around found what we wanted and needed we had a budget and managed to get a great deal.
Will definitely be back to get our children’s beds

I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. Henry was serving on the day. I was given the space to browse then Henry asked details about the products I needed. Based on my budget I was given the options for me to chose from. I didn't feel rushed which I appreciated. Henry was very patient, I received answers to all my question and ended happy with a new bed and a mattress

The sales rep Henry was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and explained every deatiled feature of the product. He helped us to choose from many different qualities. He was passionate about what he does. He was polite and very positive.

Experience was very good, i was looking to purchase and take away a mattress same day, the salesman Harry was very knowledgeable, professional and absolute credit to the company. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. If this is how you regularly deal with customers i will definitely be back for my next mattress or bed. Absolute pleasure, Thank you

After spending over £2000 on a bed and eagerly awaiting its arrival I was left very disappointed as the bed divan base and headboard would not fit correctly together as the struts were the wrong length . I contacted the store and the employee stated this was an ongoing problem that he was aware had happened before and assumed had been rectified years ago so they supplied me with two more taken of another bed in store that I had to go and collect . Alas these were not correct and of a thicker gauge wood so the bolts supplied were not quite long enough. This process started on may 6th 2025 and is still unresolved. I only require the correct struts or bigger bolts and after umpteen emails bensons seems to of dismissed the matter . So I’m left with a £2000 bed that’s still in bits . The Headboard was over £400 and an absolute shambles .
Be very very wary of this company and its poor quality products and time wasting “customer service ability”.
I will never buy from again ! Do not be fooled by their bed care kit .
