My experience was great because the person who explained everything about the beds to us. Stuart was the only person that knew everything we questioned him about each mattress he was also very polite and extremely patient and there are very few people have time for elderly people as I am and I am 87 it was a pleasure to find someone who was so knowledgeable and I have met many people in my lifetime. Bensons are very lucky to have Stuart working for them and it was our pleasure to meet such a pleasant young man and that is why I bought the bed from Bensons and not the other firms I dealt with.

We were greeted in a friendly welcoming manner by Stuart (if my memory is correct) and due to my disappointment in Templar discontuing the particular type of mattress I wanted he found me a replacement with reassurance that it was exactly the same although a different make manufacture. With an added reassurance that I have 40 sleeps guarantee.

Having a confident an experience salesman who knew all there was to know about beds and mattresses Stuart is a very competent helpful full of knowledge salesman

We cannot speak highly enough of Lucy at your Basingstoke branch. We were hoping to help our son move into his new home following his impending divorce. This move was thwarted for such a long time (6 months) and Lucy was instrumental in the final purchase. She could not have been more helpful and we will be eternally grateful. We initially went in just to see what Bensons had available. We had already researched what we wanted and looked at various online offers, but we wanted to visit local shops to compare.

We were greeted by Lucia, who offered helpful, knowledgeable advice. The atmosphere was relaxed, and at no point did we feel rushed. Lucia really understood what we were looking for, and after comparing a few mattresses, we found the one that suited us best.

Lucia did an exceptional job — she gave clear advice, explained the differences between mattress technologies, and answered all our questions fully. We are very pleased we decided to buy from Bensons.

By trying out the mattresses in person, receiving expert guidance, and benefiting from the bundled package Bensons offered, we feel we walked away with a great deal. We are confident the mattress we purchased will suit us perfectly.

Maria the sales person was a princess, she treated us like royalty and explained the differences in the mattresses we liked. She gave us as much time as needed to choose our matress without being pushy. Overall a very pleasant experience in store and full credit to Maria and her assistant on the day.

The main guy who helped me was really chill. Spoke to me about what I wanted, and what i had looked at already. Talked me through the different types and pros/cons. Suggested I just lay and chill in the bed to test it out before buying. Overall good experience

Tom's customer service was first class. He was helpful and informative about the construction of mattresses and suggested I try the demonstration bed to find which type of mattress was the most appropriate. He was also thorough about bed frames and headboards, material and price-range. It was all in all a fun experience. Looking forward to delivery.

Great service from the staff in the shop in Basingstoke through to the delivery. A great 5* experience which is hard to find in this day and age.
