We bought a new ottoman bed and super king i-gel 5000 mattress (firm).

We are sleeping better already.
Lovely bed and mattress at a competitive price and we were well served by Helen at the Basildon branch.
Delivery was bang on schedule as well and the guys did well to wrestle the mattress up the stairs!

The lady at your mayflower shop was great very informative and seemed to be always smiling

Showroom staff very helpful, explained the different types of mattresses to go with type of adjustable base we were looking for.
Delivered in 3 weeks from ordering and the fitters explained how the adjustments worked.

Delivery people were polite and very quick
Hardly made any noise when in the house, wasn’t till they were on the 2nd floor stairs and asked which room the mattress was going into did I wake up. Definitely recommend company. Quick and efficient from store to delivery.

Very happy with the customer experience from ordering to delivery. It’s only been a few days since our new slumberland air 6.0 medium mattress arrived so still getting used to it, feels slightly firmer than we were expecting but to be expected.

I had a really positive experience shopping at Benson Beds. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely keen to help. Robin, in particular, was excellent taking the time to understand my needs and helping me choose the right mattress. He clearly explained the differences between the options and gave useful insight into comfort levels and support.
I felt well advised rather than pressured, and the staff dealt with both me and other customers in a very professional and amicable manner. The pricing felt fair for the quality, and I was also able to take advantage of the Bank Holiday discount, which made it even better value. I’m very happy with the comfort of my mattress. Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience, and I would definitely recommend Benson Beds.

Styles of wardrobes that suited our room and kids! There was a 25% deal on orders over a certain amount which we qualified for that definitely made our order a bargain. This company uses quality materials and they last! My friend bought some wardrobes 15+ years ago that have moved several times and still look great.

We were greater as we entered the store and asked if we needed any help. We had an idea of what we wanted and was leafy to browse. Rachel came to find us after 10mins or so to see how we were getting on. She was very helpful and ended up purchasing that day.

Robin was extremely helpful, he watched us walk in and allowed us to walk around for bit. Then he approached us and asked if we needed help. Yes we’d seen 2 beds online and wanted to view them here. He knew the names of both and took us straight upstairs to the showroom to view them. Robin’s knowledge of the beds, the mattresses, differentsizes, the differences between the ottomans we’d seen and the divans. Amazing! I can’t thank him enough for all his help

We were given plenty of time to try beds but also plenty of people on hand to ask questions as needed! The right balance of being looked after but not pressured!
