Benson's for Beds at Banbury
Michael was really helpful and went out of his way to show us the different mattresses suitable for me, I have long term back issues and am a woman of a certain age and so needed a cooling property to the mattress..plus being a pensioner I need to make sure my money is spent properly for the long term.... I only went in for a mattress but ended up buying a bed base with 2/2 drawers, and when I went back to confirm my choice I asked for Michael again as he had a very helpful manner without being pushy and he really was conscious of my budget.... but I did spend more than planned.... I would definitely go back to see Michael at Banbury branch again, I have recommended him to several friends already

Fantastic experience with Mandy
We went in store to Banbury to get a new bed for us a few years ago and a lovely lady called Mandy helped us and was so fantastic that when we came to buy double beds for our sons recently we asked for her again.
Mandy was so helpful! She talked my sons through the special bed to measure what level of firmness they like, gave lots of recommendations based on that, let my sons try out lots of different beds whilst talking to us about prices and options and was so patient when they were indecisive on which one they liked. She was so friendly and professional and her customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend you go to Bensons in Banbury and ask for Mandy for any bed related items.

Knowledgeable staff
Knowledgeable staff, we were welcomed on arrival, not over powering just explained the differences clearly in our choices, we had already decided in the iGel as had slept very well in one in a recent stay in an AirB&B. We were then left alone to browse in our own time and then easily able to find help when we were ready, not pestered, just the right approach. Amanda was very helpful and we purchased the iGel 5000i bed.

Great Service
Warm welcome from staff. Allowed to browse until we were ready to discuss our options. Amanda was very helpful, explaining pros and cons of various mattresses, no pressure. We left feeling we had made good, value for money choices. Especially liked the disposal arrangements for our old mattresses.

Shocking service
Promised a delivery date 18/3 that didn’t happen then promised 1/4 now it’s 9/4. Banbury shop didn’t answer phone, when you finally speak to someone they say they will call back but don’t. Customer service said there’s a delay in manufacturing but no one had the decency to tell me. Very disappointed with the service.
