Well let’s start whit the order, it took more than 2weeks to arrive. I have two orders in one they have to refunded some money Because they didn’t have the item I order, I was disappointed, then they shipped my orders but they ship them to different addresses, one went to my billing address and that order it was the one I needed in my shipping address any how they messed up my order, both orders were supposed to be shipped in Amarillo Texas

Green corduroy jacket, a must have!
The studded green corduroy jacket is just as pictured...gorgeous! I normally wear an XL (12 or 14) and was concerned about ordering a Large, but just had to have the jacket, so I placed the order. I received it in a few days...VERY fast shipping! The jacket is oversized and fits me perfectly. The quality is excellent, too...and I'm very picky about craftsmanship. It's unlined, but is a nice weight corduroy...great for layering. I can't say enough good things about this purchase. I would definitely recommend buying the jacket from Bella Trends. Thank you!

Super warm and cozy sweater
I purchased a sweater just before the holidays, but didn't get to try it on till a couple of weeks later. The sweater is super warm and soft. I am a hot potato so this may be too warm, but it is perfect for the snowy days when the temps are super low. I contemplated with returning the sweater and contacted the customer service since I was beyond the return period. I was well taken care of and the issue got resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I am keeping the sweater after all.
