The mirror I ordered was best priced on this site out of all the ones I was shopping on. Best part I got it within in two days of ordering! Was packed very well and it’s so beautiful! This was my first time ordering from this company and I’m so impressed. Will definitely order from Bellacor again.

Not good customer service!!
I purchased 4 exterior lights for my house. I thought I had researched them carefully including the bulb size and compatibility. I wanted a incandescent bulb that screwed into the light fixture. The description read "incandescent compatible". When we received the lights they didn't have sockets. I'm not sure how to describe what type of bulb you had to use. I wanted to return them but there was a restocking fee of over $13 per box and I had 4 boxes. I emailed customer service asking if they would waive the restocking fee due to the description of the light bulbs and I would buy the correct light fixtures from them. I would have done an even exchange but they do not do even exchanges. The customer service person said they asked the supervisor and she sent me return labels. I sent the lights back and reorder the correct lights for my house. Unfortunately, they did not waive the restocking fee and now I'm out $55. I won't order from them again due to the lack of customer service and the no exchange policy.
