They are not responding to emails to get our websites transferred to a different hosting company. They have also dragged their feet when asked to transfer domain names we own. I am getting very frustrated with them and although they appeared to be good when we first used them, I wouldn't trust them at all now. Our next step is to complain to ENOM, ICANN and trading standards. Avoid them like the plague.

I've worked with other SEO agencies before, but the results I've seen with Be Creative Digital are unmatched. They have earned my trust, and I highly recommend their services. Also the reporting they provide is unmatched, better than any I’ve come across.

After my experience with sub-par website builders as well as a quite poor attempt to build a website myself it was clear that my website may never be something that others can see and use. After a glowing recommendation from a friend I found some energy to re-trust website builders, that was the best thing I did my only regret is wasting money on other companies when the team at Be Creative worked to ensure that my site exceeded my expectations.

Cannot express my gratitude for these guys, my site is perfect and I get the occasional comment from my customers about it!

Having built a successful business over the last 7 years, with limited knowledge of making, maintaining & utilising a digital platform, we have generated about 60 5 star reviews from our clients across multiple online platforms. So I hoped our professional relationship with Be Creative Design, would be a long & healthy one. But having been cold called now, on multiple occasions to purchase 'domain names' with various spurious angle’s of enhancing/protecting our companies digital profile, I thought better of it & decided to do a review of our entire digital platform. It's been very Interesting journey!

We were cold called in May 2021, September 2022 & February 2023. Sales tactic’s with sales pitch’s that included ‘a number of domain names had been released, which would create a huge increase in traffic to our website, if we were to purchase them.’ A more fraudulent method telling me theres been a request for a domain name by a rival company in our area, seeking to purchase a similar domain name to our business in a bid to divert traffic away from our website to theirs & in order to protect our digital platform, you would be happy to sell us these domain names at what I have now learned are inflated prices over their real value.

Having read other reviews across a number of different platforms since my sales call from them on 23/02/2023, it is clear this is malpractice Be Creative Design have polished over a number of years. They claim to enhance & support businesses by helping them with their digital platform. My experience is that they create an illicitly fictitious situation & prey on an individuals lack of knowledge, to con them into purchasing utterly useless, unneeded domain names at hugely inflated prices, using spurious & illicit sales tactic’s. They even charged us £200 + VAT for a SSL certificate renewal - which our new on line presence manager states is free!

Thankfully, we now have evidence of this behaviour & have been able to prevent further loss to our business. Additionally I met with a local web designer this afternoon, who will be creating a new website for us over the coming weeks & managing our digital profile going forward, which Ironically would have been something I would have asked Be Creative Design to do, had they not called me on Thursday 23/02/2023.

Needless to say our relationship with Be Creative Design is over & I would urge anyone considering their services to read the reviews across multiple platforms & consider a good, local, accountable company to manage their online presence.

Shocking company they take your money say there advertising your company but no sales but say there’s 400 clicks on the site but not one call.
Stay away from this company at all costs.

I have been a customer of BeCreative for several years in relation to domain hosting but recently I explored the potential of having a new business website built for me by the Team.

I had an initial consult with Faye Brockbank who leads the design team and then received clear and concise notes of my wishes for the new website. This meeting took place on 2 December 2021 and once I had ingathered and sent all the required information for my new design the build was commenced. It was completed and sent for approval and signed off by me after some very minor alterations on 11 February 2022. My go live target had always been the 11/12th February and we went live on 11th February.

What has been designed and delivered has far exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the results. I went live on the 11th and over the weekend I received several date availability enquiries from which two have converted into confirmed bookings. These clients were very complimentary about the ease of use and the clean design of the web site. That was music to my ears.

So if I was asked to score BeCreative on this work, where 1 is poor and 10 is excellent, then it easy to score – it’s a categoric 10 out of 10 from me.

Quality design, timeous delivery, good liaison and consultation and definitely value for money.

Customer service is very nice here, staff is friednly and reliable.

At first I was sceptical with all the normal promises you always hear from companies, but everything I’ve done has been a success. I am now outsourcing work as I’m booked out till next year. These guys are worth every penny!

I highly recommend a placements campaign. They promise you first position and you are first position. I have been doing this for 6 months now and during lockdown it helped immensely as I was able to operate without needing to shutdown the company.
