Purchased a hybrid laminate floor from the Beverley store. Siobhain helped me greatly in choosing the product and organising the quote and instal. Today the floor went down. Lovely people did my install, and they did a great job for me. No mess, no fuss, just got in and worked hard. Looks terrific, I love it. Will definitely recommend to others.

Sales team were not helpful
Sales team were not helpful. I ordered tiles and I didn't have enough, I feel like an experienced tile shop should know to give extra. When I tried to get more it took 3 weeks and couldn't get from the same batch. I even had to order myself online because your sales team were so slow and said it would take longer if I ordered from them. I also wanted to order 4 small tiles you had in your shop for a feature tile. Took 30 mins to convince sales person to sell me individual tiles. They complained they would have to open a new box. Wtf
