Do not order from here. I ordered some shot glasses. They didn’t ship. I had to call three times. They promised a refund and so far, no response. This company is a complete scam. Please save your money.

I bought a purse Jane Marie. Came damaged, missing parts and dirty. Sent emails, pictures and phone calls. No responds except asking for pictures. Do not buy anything from them

Beware, the method for personalizing the item I ordered was to not engrave, score or in any way make the name permanent, but to apply STICKERS of letters. I called and mailed Swoozie's and received no reply. The article was satisfactory quality, the price way to high for stickers applied to personalize. I would not use this company again.

Product ordered was a Personalized Birthday Mint Tins, for my wife's 50 Birthday. The tin is nice, but the lettering is nearly unreadable because of the small font size. I have email the company for over a week, with out success. The company line has been, we can send you a sticker that will be blown up in size for $30, after I already spent $179. I have attempted to explain that the tin and fonts represented online, did not depict the actual product size, but have recieved no relief.

Absolutely terrible customer service after selling me seeds for weeds. I'm incredibly humiliated having sent these out.

I guess they still get business regardless of all their poor reviews, but if you were smarter than me and checked reviews before shopping, please find somewhere that sells what they advertise and maybe cares about their reputation and the customer's experience.

I ordered from Beau-coup for a large virtual event. The coffee packets came in as arrived, but unassembled, which we had requested. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was disappointing and more staff time had to be dedicated to putting all of the logo stickers on them. They were a very fair price, however.

I ordered two products. Chapstick and mints... I paid to have them assembled .. I got someone else's labels for my products .. and unassembled .. I contacted 4 times when I finally called and got a hold of them they said it had been 8 days waiting for a shipping number .. I placed my order in May and have been waiting for them to make it right since .. they FINALLY just gave me a refund..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

STOP! READ REVIEWS ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEDDING WIRE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If you are thinking of using this company, think again.
First try calling them to see if you can get an answer- Then try leaving a VM as see if this gets returned. I can almost guarantee from my experiences it will not be.
On top of this, Although they charge outrageous shipping fees, you will then be expected to pay another shipping fee to UPS upon delivery. I paid $90 delivery for some personalized tea bags... tea bags!!!! I was then charged another $70 from UPS upon delivery!
The quality of the product is OKAY at best, not bad, but certainly not high quality.
The website is great, very easy to use and lets you really see your product and the price for the product is not bad until you get around all the hidden and added on fees. Despite advertising the page with Canadian flags the product is charged in USD.
Would NEVER use this company again and will actively tell friends and family to avoid it!

Ordered two personalized items as wedding party gifts. The gifts never showed up. Customer Service dept? There is none. Disputed the charges and they disputed them right back. Great way to do business, you still have my order and I have no merchandise and I'm paying for it too. Your company is terrible, incompetent and you and your staff have zero customer service skills.

I ordered stemless champange glasses for a wedding rehearsal dinner and they shipped me very small wine glasses. THE WRONG GLASSES and it was ALL THEIR FAULT!! Then they informed me that they could not get the champange glasses to me at all, this all happened two days before the dinner. They ruined the event for me. I was going to have the champange glasses for a toast and a take home gift for all our guests, now I have NOTHING to give to the 50 people attending.

Ordered some Peter Rabbit products for my daughters baby shower and the on-line order showed a delivery date a week before the event.
The items did not arrive, and I received an email 9 days after the order was placed, advising me that one item was out of stock and that the rest of my order was being held up until I advised them what to do. This email arrived late on a Friday and as this was a delivery to Australia, I could not contact customer service until the following Tuesday Australian time, Monday US time! By this time it was less than a week before my event. I asked them to ship the remaining items - but guess what - now they couldn't do it before the baby shower!
I purchase a lot of items on line - and I have never had such poor customer service. I was not contacted about the out of stock item for 9 days after my order was placed - this is appalling.
Do not under any circumstances use this company.

We ordered an engraved wine box nearly two months before the wedding. Several weeks later, having not received anything, I checked the order tracking. It turns out, UPS had returned it to them. I'm not sure why, all of the information I provided was correct. Despite having received it back at their warehouse, they hadn't contacted me in any way, shape or form.

I contacted them to find out what had happened. The informed me they MIGHT be able to ship it again at an extra charge. I informed them that I did not find that acceptable and they then failed to respond to my further emails.

Now I'm not sure what went wrong with UPS and it probably is not their fault. But what is their fault is the abhorrent customer service I received. Now we're stuck a week and a half before the wedding trying to figure something out.

Don't shop here if you're counting on actually receiving the product you order.

Update, after posting this review, they reached out to me and offered to re-send the box to me free of charge. I had already ordered a replacement, so they refunded the full price, including shipping.

I was completely dissatisfied with Beau-coup's product and customer service. I ordered the claret napkins for my burgundy wedding. The bridesmaid dresses that I am using are claret as well. So, assumably I ordered the claret napkins without hesitation. They look as if they match the dresses perfectly when put up to the online screen color. Upon receiving my red napkins, you can only imagine my dismay. I called and was greeted half heartily and told that they would not except returns on personalized items, even if they are completely wrong. Apparently, beau-coup feels that it it is perfectly fine to wrongly advertise a product as claret when people depend on it matching every other claret color out there. But, in order to right their inconceivable wrong, they offered to give me 15% off my next order with them as if they thought I would actually order again from this company! Not only did the woman on the phone talk to me with a degrading tone, as if I have nothing better to do with my time then argue with a woman about napkin colors, but she was rude and unaccommodating. A wedding is an important milestone in a woman's life. I don't want to complain or be picky, but little things like that matter. I would rather throw these napkins away than use them in my wedding.
