DO NOT BUY from these nincompoops..
DO NOT BUY from this Mickey Mouse company. They customer service sucks and return process is a nightmare. Other online sellers take note, before you sell online make sure the return process is also functional! Would never buy anything from this company, plus when I actually had it in my hands they were very cheap looking and looked like plastic-toys..
TIMELINE:
05/12/2026 - Ordered online
05/15/2026 - Order delivered to consumer.
05/18/2026 - Asked them to exchange to a size 9 (or 8.5 depending on what's available)
05/21/2026 - USPS Delivered package
05/22/2026 - SPUNGE verified package, but needs 2-3 weeks to process and do an exchange..
06/01/2026 - Followed up via email, cancelled exchange to a return.
06/05/2026 - No response from email follow-up
06/11/2026 - Email got a response. Prioritizing my return
06/18/2026 - Initiated a charge back with PayPal
06/18/2026 - Now, the item is damaged, not new/worn condition. Mind you it's a size 4.5 and I do not have kids.
Timing is also suspicious, almost vindictive.
06/21/2026 - Sent a letter of dispute, also got my bank involved for a charge for vapor. Charges reversed.
06/28/2026 - Paypal reverse charges.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally dispute your claim that the returned shoes were received in "not-new" or "worn" condition.
The shoes I received were a size US Men's 4.5. As I stated in my very first email on May 15, they were "too tiny" and significantly smaller than the size I intended to purchase. Due to the size discrepancy, I was unable to wear them and immediately contacted your company to initiate an exchange.
The timeline of our correspondence is important:
May 15: I notified you that the shoes were too small and requested an exchange.
May 22: You confirmed receipt of the returned package.
May 26: You again confirmed receipt of the return and advised that processing would take 2–3 weeks.
June 1: You confirmed in writing, "We have cancelled the Exchange. As soon as the return is processed, we will refund you."
June 11: You advised that you had asked the fulfillment center to prioritize processing the return.
June 18: For the first time, nearly four weeks after receipt of the returned package, I was informed that the shoes were allegedly received in "worn" condition.
At no point between May 22 and June 18 was any concern raised regarding the condition of the returned merchandise. Instead, your communications consistently indicated that the only issue was processing delays at the fulfillment center and that a refund would be issued once processing was completed.
Given these facts, I dispute the assertion that the return was properly rejected for condition reasons. The shoes were returned in the same condition in which they were received, and your prior written communications repeatedly acknowledged the return and committed to issuing a refund.
Please provide one of the following within five (5) business days:
Confirmation that the refund for Order #SP264328 has been processed; or
Documentation supporting your claim that the shoes were received in worn condition, including dated photographs and the inspection report from your fulfillment center.
Absent such documentation, I expect the refund to be processed immediately.
