The elephant is lovely, the recording box is easy to use.
My 21 year old granddaughter was delighted with it.

Two items ordered with personalised jumpers, delivered quickly and beautifully wrapped in cellophane and individual boxes. Slight hiccup with one jumper but quickly resolved and replacement arrived the following day - thank you for your professionalism! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Quick, responsive customer care and stitching immaculate. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Thank you

I ordered 2 bears recently for my grandsons. The quality of the bears is of high quality and true to size. I was purchasing two personalised bears and had to phone for some help. The lady that helped me was very professional and was able to help me with my order. I was very grateful for her help. The bears came within two days. I would definitely recommend this company

Ordered from Australia this gift was a great hit with my friend’s first baby

The bear was very good, presented well with a ribbon etc,The only downside was it was delivered late in the evening & it was for a babies 1st Birthday.

Excellent bear and swift delivery. Will use this company again and recommend to others.

I placed my order for two items. Within a couple of hours I received an email from Sales stating that one of the items was unavailable and would I like to choose a replacement and also an extra item as an apology. I emailed back selecting two other items. I received my order where each item was beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a coloured ribbon tying the top. I was very impressed by the service from this company.

Beautiful bear. Packaging is so luvli

Honestly thank you! My daughter is 6years old and experienced her first death of a very close family friend and hasn’t coped at all, I had a video of jk singing to her on her birthday, before I purchased the teddy bear they asked for the video to see if it worked which I think was really lovely of them to do this! I received it today and it’s so beautiful, the koala is so soft, the voice is so clear too! Highly recommend and such fast delivery too! Thank you so much!! 😊

Received my parcel the very next day from when I ordered. This is amazing considering we live in NE Scotland. It was beautifully packaged too. Would definitely recommend you to friends and family. Many thanks.

Love the pink teddy bought for my new grand-daughter. Absolutely superb. Well made and prompt delivery. Good packaging. Thank you
