Beautiful teddy bear. Ordered and delivered quickly. Beautiful attention to detail in the product and wrapping

Quick delivery. I don’t need to wrap because it’s beautifully wrapped. Quality bear too!

It was well packaged:)
I did email Bears4U to send them my recorded file I had no acknowledgement. When I got the bear it was blank so had to record it myself. The instructions were simple enough to follow though.

Beautiful bear , so soft . Was a gift for my elderly Mum who has Dementia and she loved it . Never too old to have a teddy bear . Lovely wrapping and gift bag ,

Very good service a little disappointed about one bear not available but soon sorted an alternative.

I am please that you were willing to rectify an issue.

Lovely presentation, all ready to gift. Our son loves his new personalised bear.

Always a high quality teddy bear, highly recommended.

Exactly as described and fast delivery very happy

I ordered two bears for my daughter’s Holy Communion and for her friend. They arrived beautifully packaged, were of excellent quality, and looked absolutely adorable. The children loved them and were delighted with their gifts. I would highly recommend them!

My bear arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered

I was so impressed with the first bear that I sent to a friend that I promptly ordered another one; a great present for any occasion

Exactly what I wanted, good quality and quick delivery and personalisation looks amazing

Bought personalised bear for my Great niece and had it delivered, my nephew and partner were more than pleased.

Very pleased both with the service and the quality of the the product.
The Bear came beautifully wrapped and they upgraded it to a slightly bigger size foc as they only had one left of the size I ordered and it was damaged.
They also upgraded the delivery from 2nd class to 1st class without additional cost to make sure it arrived on time.
Definitely will be using them again in the future.

My order almost arrived by return of post! I teared up when I opened the box. ‘Reg’ was beautifully packed and is a gift for my friend’s 84th birthday. She lost her husband, Reg, after 63 years and I know she’ll love her bear who’ll help with her grief. Thank you

I've made two orders with them now and can confirm the product is of great quality.

Customer service response was fast and they rectified and issue caused by Royal Mail

Highly recommend

Great quality and great service, always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent quality, beautifully presented in the gift box. Quick delivery. Would definitely use this company again.
