Literally where can I start? From the exceptional pre purchase customer service until the end, this company knows how to treat its customers.
The quality of the bear is excellent and the stitching is of a very high quality.

I cannot wait to give this to my grandson I. Christmas Day xxxxxx Thank you SO much

Found what i needed really easily and quickly, loved that it comes gift bagged with a bow, quick delivery and no hassle process. Very happy with purchase, which was a raindeer palm pal.

Very quick turnaround, communication excellent, presentation of the bear was beautifully gift wrapped, and the personalised bow was lovely! The bear itself is excellent quality, very pleased with my item and would definitely buy here again.

Absolutely beautiful. Arrived packed well, in a gift bag and also gift wrapped. Perfect present for my little granddaughters first Xmas xx

Beautiful, we absolutely love it.
Worth every penny!

My first order arrived on time and beautifully wrapped… thank you

I purchased the personalised Avery bear for my Granddaughter’s 18th Birthday, delivery was incredibly swift and I have to commend this company for the beautiful gift wrapping and general presentation.
Extremely impressed, would certainly recommend and I would definitely repeat purchase.

Beautiful bear, gift wrapped and personalised. Quick delivery.

Amazing quality. I was going to get a jelly cat stuffed toy but I thought I’d give these a chance. I will never order a jelly cat again ! Bears 4u really shocked me. It came in an amazing gift bag, teddy inside perfectly wrapped. Honestly just amazing Thankyou.

A beautiful personalised bear for my nans 90th birthday. the gift wrapping is a lovely touch too. quick delivery, I am very happy & would return as a customer in future

Excellent service and quick delivery, recipient delighted!

Exceptional customer service restoring my faith that some companies still care!
Not only was Helen from Bears4U proactive in contacting me when she was notified that my order had been delivered to the wrong address the day before our anniversary, she went above and beyond to send a replacement which arrived the next day and in time for our celebrations! It took me a while to work out how she knew our anniversary date and then it clicked that she had connected the dots with the personalisation I had asked for showing amazing attention to detail!

And as for Bonny the bear, she was beautifully gift wrapped and is gorgeous, There was a little hiccup with the personalisation on the back of her jumper which didn’t make a huge difference but Helen was very apologetic and sent out a replacement jumper for me which arrived in a few days! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating and would recommend to anyone looking for a new cuddly…. thank you Bears4U and Helen!

Very cute bear and wrapped beautifully ,very fast delivery

First class service from Bears4U
Amazing, top quality service from this company. Ordered a personalised bear and received it next day. Package was beautifully gift wrapped and the bear is gorgeous. Even better quality than appeared on the photos. Great value for money. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

I love this personalised but the only thing I wish they hadn't done was change the ribbon to match the lettering, I ordered this with the colour lettering to match the brown ribbon and to break the colours up. I didn't ask for the ribbon to be changed, please don't do this or give an option to change the ribbon colour. Although it's a lovely teddy and will be ordering again.

Really recommend this company. Order was sensitive and they dealt with it really professionally and respected our requests

This is the 4th time I have brought a bear for my grandchildren and they have all been excellent.
