No stars actually.
They delay everything, don’t have enough employees to cover their duties and they act like they don’t need new clients anymore.
I applied for refinancing and moving from another bank. It’s been the worst choice.
I’ll keep working with my old bank, they’re brilliant compared to BCR!

Sunt dezamăgit de operațiunile lor, se spune că banii au dispărut în timp ce banii nu au ajuns la prietenul meu. Au refuzat să-mi returneze banii blocați. Am depus o dispută angajând serviciile (ӇƲƝƬ ƓԼƠƁЄ •tech ) pentru a-mi recupera banii blocați.

The most abusive, shitest bank in romania. Do not bother to bank with them, will make you angry and birocracy is beyond satanist and incompetent staff. 😡

Cele mai proaste experiente aici sunt. efectiv refuza sa te ajute!!!! Femeile care lucreaza pe partizani sunt cele mai inferioare. Nu stiu sa opereze un sistem si pe deasupra nu vor sa te ajute sub nicio forma. Am stat 20 de minute ca nu putea apasa butonul de save pentru o adresa. Sa va fie rusine ca angajati asa oameni. Worst bank ever, don't even bother to think about it. Everything they have is so bad. I've tried to pay something online and i couldn't done anything for an entire day because their 3ds thing sucks. Everytime i am trying to confirm the payment their app either gets stuck so it gets automatically declined. Worst bank ever, don't even think about it!

I tried to open a USD bank account in the Europa Plaza branch for 2 weeks with no result. This procedure normally should take 2 days approximately. The staff showed total incompetence and indifference to my personal time. I visited this branch 5 times within the last 2 weeks without any result.
Mostly I saw them laughing and talking to each other in an empty branch without clients and when I interrupted them they were unable to answer my questions related to their job. It was THE WORST experience I ever had.

Worst customer services ever, in order to be able to access the current services it's mandatory to buy other services from them. Filed a complaint with ANPC for fraud.

Extraordinary unfair, inflexible, high commission, customer service, and employees not helpful, no access to my OWN funds! Nothing for the customer, no alternative no flexibility. A complaint can take one month to receive an answer which is not resolving the issue. In-person visits must be scheduled. The worst bank ever.

Charged 13% for ATM withdraw. At confirmation apparently no meant yes, and yes meant no. So the bank screwed me when I tried to cancel the transaction.

Buna ziua ,multumesc mult pentru interesul acordat, am muncit mult la aceste formulare si stresul pe care l-a produs aceasta procedura a fost foarte mare , multumesc mult pentru incercarea de a m-a ajuta sa pot justifica sumele investite in domeniul locativ , nu am mai putut obtine si cf, sau alte lucruri, in concluzie am decis sa nu mai alerg dupa alte documente pentru ca acest lucru i-mi deterioreaza sanatatea psihica si fizica , cand am deschis acest cont ,nu am stiut ca o sa devina atat de complicat , am mai pierdut si comisionul de deschidere ,care a fost din putinul meu 😥.

Spune clar iubita banca, Nu dam cash la ATM-ul nostru pe carduri de la alte banci, daca incercati cardul dtra va fi arestat,

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. It doesn't takes minutes, it takes DAYS of constant calling and waiting HOURS listening to a repetitive voice to MAYBE get an answer, good luck if you have a job or things to do and limited time to call this people. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER! the information in THEIR website is contradictory and confusing. Absolute worst costumer service I've ever experienced of a banking institution, or any other business. Zero stars

Am fost client al BCR pentru cativa ani, nu am avut parte de experiente neplacute.
Aplicatia George mi se pare cea mai dezvoltata aplicatie de banking din Romania.
Am decis sa ma mut la ING deoarece comisioanele aferente conturilor in euro sunt mult mai mici.

The BCR - banca pentru locuinte program was a total disaster in which thousands of people were tricked into signing multiple contracts only to find out years later they will never get what was promissed. Credibility of this bank is zero, don't ever use their services!

Sunt extrem de dezamagita de timpul de asteptare pentru aplicatia George. O ora ca sa mi se raspunda la telefon? Consider ca serviciul oferit este slab.
De asemenea, ce se intampla cand persoana care are nevoie de aplicatia George nu se poate deplasa si are nevoie de asistenta pentru a intelege ce are de facut la telefon? Toate celelalte banci mi-au fost de ajutor nu si BCR care mi-a repetat ca un robot ca mama mea nu poate fi ajutat in aceste conditii. Dezamagitor serviciu! Vom schimba banca.
