They do not understand their position.
They behave like the following:
1) They contact you via LinkedInn or Xing. Explaining wonders about the position they are offering.
2) Ok, you apply, you don have nothing to lose (actually that is wrong, you do lose something: time).
3) You get a call of Geschäftsführer of this company. He behaves totally arrogant, like you desperately need the position, telling that he have a large amount of candidates, bla bla bla. Quite nasty, unskilled and big-headed person.
Recommendation: realice the smallness of your company.
