After using Battleface at least twice, I found that this travel insurance is reliable. Calling a human staff member is very helpful; they are patient, understanding, and reliable. They also take the time to answer any questions I may have. Their instant quotes are very competitive. My wife and I had to use them during a ten-day vacation in Vietnam with absolutely no problem with filing a claim.

I have just accepted my quote which was pretty easy to do online. Only problem that I had was filling out one of the required fields, it requested my agents id, which he or his company (Mac’s Adventures) didn’t have.
