Stay away!

We made a payment to Baruch months ago, but they have completely stopped responding to emails. It has been 3–5 months with no shipment, no update, and no refund. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, it feels like they have taken our money without delivering anything. Based on our experience, this behavior is completely unreliable and raises serious concerns about trustworthiness. We strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Mobility scooter bad batteries.

As an 81 year old retired invalid, I am reliant on a mobility scooter to get around. After 2200 miles the original batteries needed replacing and I bought two from Baruch. They were both defective and I have proof from an independent test performed by a company that specialises in mobility equipment. Direct Mobility in Church Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire. One battery had a dead cell and the other low capacity of around 30%.
I complained to the supplier who eventually replaced the batteries. When these were tested they too were defective having a high internal resistance.
I can supply independent evidence of the defects if required.
The company are refusing to refund the cost of £284.98 accusing me of damaging the batteries?.
I had to buy two more replacement batteries from a different company and they are working fine giving me a range of over 22 miles.
My Nationwide credit card cant refund me because I purchased through a third party eBay.
Ebay cant refund me because more that 30 days has elapsed since the purchase!
So, I am stuck with the loss of £284.98.
I have sent all the details to BBC RipOffBritain.
they may help.
Buruch claim they are battery specialists!
What are the odds of supplying 4 batteries, all faulty?
It goes without saying, DON'T BUY BATTERIES from this company.

Just learn from others poor experiences.

I had personal items damaged by delivery of damaged goods. Acid has melted items, fortunately no personal injury.
I have reached out using all methods possible to resolve but as now seen on here company doesn’t resolve issues after. Taking your money. I just wish I had researched using trust pilot first!
When you have to start legal proceedings, which is now starting you see others have been down this road before. Strongly advise to ignore any response on here and just find an alternative supplier.

paid for a battery from there ebay…

paid for a battery from there ebay shop, it was lost in transit now they wont help in any way other than keep sending tracking info, basically they have stolen my money.

This is one business to be avoided…

This is one business to be avoided without doubt. A brief description of my scenario:
Ordered a genuine Yuasa motorcycle battery for the standard cost from Baruch.co.uk. There was no communication confirming my order or it's process. I eventually received a cheap pattern battery which is available at a fraction of the genuine cost. Mr Baruch also included the sulfuric acid for the battery which is illegal to send to the general public.
Emailed Mr Baruch requesting a return but no response. Raised a PayPal dispute, no response from their message either.
Mr Baruch operates under various company names, a couple of which are: Baruch Enterprises, Baruch.co.uk. There's probably more.
