Customer service is excellent. I asked if a discount code that somehow didn’t show up when I checked out could be applied after the purchase and Joel responded within minutes and took care of it - nice job!

Their products are high quality, and o appreciate their high level of customer service. If you have a problem; you will get an actual person to help you.

EDIT: I need to update my review. I believe this company may be acting dishonestly.

The first replacement watch band was never shipped, according to the tracking number provided. The tracking has shown no updates since July 25, 2025.

I contacted Barton again, and they claimed they no longer had the replacement band, despite their website showing three in stock at the time. After further discussion, a new replacement order was created with a different tracking label dated August 20, 2025. However, this shipment has also not been scanned into the carrier’s system.

This raises serious concerns. At this point, it appears Barton Watch Bands may be generating shipping labels without actually sending out the product.

USE EXTREME CAUTION when ordering from Barton Watch Bands.

I ordered a 24mm Elite Silicone Watch Band, and the quality and comfort honestly exceeded my expectations.

I initially purchased the strap through Amazon and encountered a minor issue with the product description. I reached out to Barton directly, and Joel handled everything quickly and professionally. Communication was smooth, and he went above and beyond, far surpassing any expectations I had.

I'm very happy with the strap I received, but I'm even more impressed by the honesty, integrity, and pride shown by Joel and Barton Watch Bands.

Watch band started to fray- sent in photos and a new one is on the way. Will move to 5 stars once I lay eyes on the new one. So far so good!

I purchased 3 leather and 1 Silicone band for my Apple iWatch. I initially only wanted to Horween leather since they are excellent color and quality compared to any other leather band but decided to also try the Silicone band. Leathers are expectational in quality, appearance and feel (soft). Silicon band is flexible and much softer than other Silicone bands that are stiffer. These are the beautiful and fit better than any other bands we have including the original Apple bands. I highly recommend you buy at least one leather and one Silicone to try it and you will be amazed.

Initially, I was very disappointed to find my new band didn’t fit my watch and fussed about having to use pins from an older band. The problem? I ordered the wrong size.
Joel contacted me after seeing a negative review and immediately began to make things right by sending a replacement (in the correct size). Got the new band quickly and it is superb!
These folks understand customer service (even when the customer is 100% in error).
I’d highly recommend Barton to any looking for an amazing watch band.

I’ve purchased their watch straps before and they’re great quality and have lasted years. Nicely packaged too. My recent order arrived in about a week which is quick considering I’m in the uk. On this occasion I bought the wrong colour by mistake and they replied within the hour and kindly sent me a new strap at no extra cost. 5-star customer service from a great brand offering quality products. Highly recommended.

Incredible straps and customer service!

I have 2 Barton watch bands, which are on MoonSwatches and are outstanding bands. I ordered the wrong band for my Blancpain - I ordered a 21 mm and it requires a 22 mm. The return process was seamless with great communication. Joel took great care of me along the way.

Barton offers superior products, no doubt about that. The quality of their products extends to their customer service. Josh has provided amazing attention to any queries I've had, always responding and solving issues in a quick, friendly and super efficient manner. Really pleased with Barton, through and through.

Awesome customer service dept.! I purchased a band and upon receiving it realized it was too small. Contacted customer service about an exchange and Josh got back to me right away. He made it super simple to return the band and get an exchange. Even sent the new band out the same day free of charge.

Simple: I made a mistake selecting the band I was looking for, as unfortunately Garmin attachment is different than the Barton one.
Received a beautiful high-quality leather band but could not fit it.
I informed Barton of my situation and without arguing (they could have as it was my mistake) they offer me to keep it, and /or give it to someone who may like it or if I return to Apple, to exchange it.
It is not all since I could not really enjoy their proposal, they offer to refund and did it.
Not only the quality is superb and the prices reasonable (4 times less that Garmin band).
Above all , the after sales service is the best of any online sell I have ever experience, courtesy , did not even mention that is was my fault) extremely couteous message

The Barton team made an error in shipment, but they rectified it right away despite me being very tardy in bringing it to their attention. Many companies could learn from their excellent approach to customer service!
