We recently purchased a property through an auction with Barney Estates and Auctioneers. Elliot did an amazing job of pulling our deal together and saved the day by identifying gaps in our ROI calculations due to a previous misinterpretation of several costs. This purchase wouldn’t have happened without Elliot as we had pulled out, but we ended up concluding the sale before auction commencement. Would definitely use the service again.

I would strongly advise against using this company. In my experience, their practices was dishonest, and I was left highly disappointed and costed us ££££.

Great advice, and a quick and easy process to sell land.

Despite being informed by the legal owners of a property that the land is no longer for sale through that route. Who have requested in writing thar the land be removed from sale. They have continued to advertise, and proceed to auction on the advise of a company who do not own the land.

I am not experienced when it comes to auction buying but Patrick at Barney Estates and Auctioneers made the whole process very easy for me by giving his time to assist me in talking over the legals and giving me his advice after I sent him letters I received from the sellers solicitors.

Originally I left a review and then I took it off cos I thought Amiee was actually being genuine. It’s all a scam, they sold me a parcel of land with no access, but yet on their brochure it’s shows access. Access which has no connection to my parcel of land. It’s only when I visited the site I was told I was trespassing as the road was privately owned. The owner had written to the seller (strategic holdings 1 to 9) legal that they couldn’t use his road to access the parcels of land. Yet Barney Estate concealed this information in order to obtain a sale. My advise is never use an online auction house especially one which is not transparent in their dealings and will break their own code of conduct to make money. They are ruthless, have lost 10kg in the process of dealing with these white collar criminals. The seller is now seeking £10500 through insolvency, for the two day extra to his original completion date. Who completes a sale in 6 days. I offered to walk away, allowing them keep my £31,000 and the land which they rejected. Which makes perfect sense as land is worthless to them cos there’s no access. When you deal with reputable companies you won’t experience these issues. Regardless what you think I have witnesses, both have said I don’t have access and they live there. Some much for due diligence, charging £3300 for absolutely nothing. I will leave a negative comment every week to stop you from defrauding people.
