Extremely Dissapointed with Bark Busters of Columbia
We had a very disappointing experience with Bark Busters in Columbia, SC, and would urge others to proceed with caution before committing to this service.
Going into the program, we relied on the promises made during the initial consultation and what was outlined in the contract. Unfortunately, the support and results we were led to expect never came to fruition. The follow-through was lacking, and the overall quality of guidance fell far short of what was represented.
What was most troubling is that our dog’s behavior did not improve—in fact, it worsened. Rather than helping us move forward, we found ourselves dealing with new issues that arose during the training process and trying to reverse setbacks afterward. Entrusting a company with your dog’s well-being is a big decision, and the stress and frustration that resulted from this experience were overwhelming.
When we attempted to raise concerns, communication was ineffective and dismissive. Our questions and feedback were not meaningfully addressed, and accountability was avoided instead of handled professionally. There was no sense that our concerns were being taken seriously or that the company was invested in resolving the problems.
In the end, this experience felt like a significant loss of time, money, and emotional energy. We regret choosing Bark Busters Columbia and feel that the service did not align with what was promised. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business and strongly suggest that others explore alternative training options before making a commitment.
