I ordered twice and they are the best
I ordered twice. The second order, i received the wrong bra so i contacted the service, which was quick and amazing because they send me back the bra ive ordered. Seriously, the bras and the panties are very confortable. The quality is there for the price too! In the past, ive got bamboos bras for an higher price and it was crap. Thank you again !

Great Customer Service
I ordered a few boxers from Bamboo Underwear and received them within the expected delivery timeline. I noticed that one of them unfortunately had a small hole and sent an email to hopefully find a resolution. The customer service team responded very fast and they were able to send out another boxer as a replacement. The other boxers are extremely comfortable and I’m very satisfied with Bamboo Underwear and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I just got mine yesterday,very poorly made,and wasteband was really tight but the whole undies are baggy and look awful on,it feels like your wearing a diaper. They don't stay put,they ride up and whatever there made of is ITCHY.

Will be 0 stars if I could. Never buy from this company. They do not refund. They only refund on full price items, which never happens cause there's always a sale. They take care of showing the fact that they don't refund sales' items far far away in their web site in small characters. Such a scam and the quality sucks hard. Terrible customer service. They do not follow their own policy. Do not buy their things. Such a shame, hope the owner is ashamed of the shitty product they're selling. Money is nice, but money made in a dirty way is nasty. Karma will get you.

Outstanding customer service
My delivery came on time and after a couple of weeks wearing an underwire bra, the wire started stabbing my side so that evening, I emailed this company telling them which style and size I wanted of a different non-underwire bra and no joke, I wake up around 9:30am and I check my email whoch has an apology email and the bra was already on it's way. I hate bad service so when I get outstanding customer service like I have with this company, I have to give them credit and thank them! So thank you Bamboo wear for your prompt and kind service you've provided me!

I ordered some bamboo underwear for my husband and there was a mistake with the order. The customer service team took care of it right away when I wrote to them and handled the situation professionally. Excellent customer service. Also, my husband loves the feel and lightweight boxer briefs!

Produits hyper comfy et service client exemplaire
J’ai passé deux commandes jusqu’à présent et je suis vraiment contente! Les tissus sont doux et confortables, et les coupes sont super flatteuses. J’ai envie de les porter tous les jours!
J’ai eu un petit problème de qualité avec un article, mais leur service à la clientèle a été plus que parfait. Ils ont répondu vite, avec un ton respectueux et humain. Ils ont même envoyé un remplacement sans frais, sans que j’aie à me battre pour quoi que ce soit. C’est vraiment apprécié!
Ça montre qu’ils se soucient vraiment de leurs clientes autant que de leurs produits. Je me sens en confiance et je vais sans aucun doute continuer à acheter chez eux. Je recommande leurs produits à 100 %! 💛
