We have had the pleasure of Baltic Assist's services the last three-four years, following a decade of having a more conventional approach to the admin part of our business, involving inhouse book-keeping as well as having a CFO on staff. That's no longer the case and the transition was surprisingly simple and swift, the costs are more than competitive, but most important, BA's level of service, loyalty and overall performance is second to none. Our point of contact and day to day manager of our account with Baltic Assist have been very consistent, and we feel like we have an extra team of committed and skilled people that could've just as well worked from the room next door.
