This is the second time ordering and I’m really impressed again with the packaging and quality of plants delivered! Everything was secured perfectly and all of the plants survived the long journey up to the North East of Scotland. Will definitely be ordering again, if I can find any spaces left in my garden. The P&P is an absolute bargain too! Thank you

Received plants in the sale.Wasnt expecting much but they have been a real surprise.Yes in 0.5l pots but really good roots and a great size. They were plants I had my eye on at start of season so great to get a bargain. The centre does say they just grew too many so selling off surplus.Thanks Ballyrobert!

Really healthy plants at a good price delivered quickly.

I ordered three agapanthus in 0.5l pots. I expected tiny starter plants that would take years to reach flowering size. Ordering plants online is a real lottery, but these far exceeded my expectations, they’re huge! Really healthy, well packaged and arrived really speedily. I can see they’re going to be spectacular. It’s so nice to be pleasantly surprised when online shopping!

Excellent service. Even the plant was not the big size, was healthy, viable and with blossom buds.
Delivery very fast. And best point:they send the plants to Northern Ireland.

I have bought plants from Ballyrobert before and this order lived up to my previous experience. Prompt delivery, fantastic quality, great plants - I could never have found these in any garden centre. Their fact sheet was very helpful, would definitely recommend.

The plants were very securely packed and in excellent condition. I chose Ballyrobert Gardens as their growing conditions are very similar to mine and I appreciated the no-nonsense descriptions. I am really pleased with my plants.

The plants arrived on time and were well packaged, no damage incurred considering the plants had some tall foliage.

Very healthy plants, packed extremely carefully and speedily delivered. I am most grateful for your excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.

I have ordered 6 spring bulbs whilst 4 out of 6 from my delivery were correct and the other 2 weren't. They quickly rectified the error and sent out 2 correct ones without fuss after I notified them. Great customer service from Lyndsey throughout the process of corresponding. I didn't deduct any star despite the incorrect bulbs were sent but because this confusion sometimes happens when they have to pack a number of the same products which maybe situated side by side with others. Easy mistake but the professionalism that counts for me. Also the quality of those bulbs were in tiptop condition and even have more bulbs inside than what they stated on the webpage. The products were very well wrapped and secured. All in all, very impressed with this shop and will definitely order more in the future.

Communication was thorough and timely. I came across this nursery while looking for a particular "hardy" Agapanthus variety in quantity which they were able to supply.
The plants arrived having been meticulously packaged and prepared for transit within a couple of days. I was pleased with the quality - plants were of an even grade and all well rooted in their pots.
In a world where many companies only partly succeed in the satisfaction stakes, I take my hat off to these guys. Will definitely be buying from them again.
I will be putting this nursery and garden on my list of "places to visit" to an area of the country I barely know.

Very fast delivery and well packaged and a good price. The Potentilla Arc-en-ciel I ordered came in excellent condition. Overall an excellent nursery to deal with and would highly recommend .

Their plants sent by DHL were late and the box was crushed. They didn't mark the parcel as plants, this way up, handle with care ....
1 of 8 the plants turned out to be just a fresh piece of root that had been just popped into a bit of compost.
They have addressed this with a refund but it wasn't very professional.

I can't but highly recommend Ballyrobert Gardens. I have had so many disappointments with online plant ordering recently I had all but given up. Then this place popped up.
I placed an order from their sale items, and was really pleased with the prices. Also the quality of what came was good, packaged with care, and the P&P was decent. I received my order on the morning of the fourth day. Which is great considering I have to wait usually 10 working days for other places.
I've now received my second order, and got the same great condition plants (not bare roots) same delivery time, and same no chance of damage to my plants packaging.
The other thing I love about this place is the selection they offer. Plenty of stuff I've not seen elsewhere, and their prices overall are very reasonable compared to my local garden centre, and many online ones.

Absolutely love this company. The plants are always well packaged, arrive within days of being ordered. You always get the variety you ordered unlike with some larger companies,where you don't know it's wrong until it's in flower then it's a bit late. So it is a joy to order with confidence knowing that you won't have to remove the plants at a later date...so you don't have to worry 'cos everything's going to be alright. I also love the fact that this company has a sence of humour and when you order from them it makes you smile....and who doesn't like a packet of love hearts to jolly your day along.
