Devido à pandemia da covid-19 fui obrigada a cancelar o servico de transferes.
Já enviei vários emails a pedir o reembolso mas nunca obtive resposta, nem o reembolso.

No contact from company after my holiday was cancelled despite numerous emails . Avoid .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT TURN UP THEN YOU CANT GET A REFUND AS THEY SUDDENLY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR RETURN YOUR EMAILS. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS 100% TERRIBLE ON TRUSTPILOT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I have tried contacting this company since the start of June when my trip was cancelled because of the travel ban I have used this company with no problems and have had excellent service but just ignoring e mails is not the way to treat customers so I will not be using them again I am 108 pounds owed but I will just have to accept the loss by the look of it

Like everyone else says avoid like the plague. Money taken upfront and no refund or response despite being in breach of terms and conditions. Joke will hopefully be on them long term when people stay away.
I have used Balearic Transfer before covid-19 where things went (relatively) smooth.
The company has confirmed a refund for the march/april transfers due to early cancellation in relation to covid-19. Despite these early confirmations of refund the company now fails to actually do anything. No answering mails. No answering telephones. And - surprise - no refund in sight.
It is indeed in troubled water you will know the true colors of your supplier.
I do not know how this company are still operating, having booked with them for a holiday in April 2020 that has now been cancelled due to Covid-19 they are refusing to issue a refund despite at the time of booking their terms and conditions state that you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure. I have email confirmation of their policy yet they are refusing to pay what is owed. Absolute fraudsters.
They charged my credit card for 73 euros and did not bother to send a car to pickup my wife, who was stranded in the city, almost missed her flight, had to pay expensive taxi, and not to mention the trauma. The company does not even respond to emails, what to talk about refund. Worst experience. STAY AWAY from this SCAM.
More like Baloney Transfers. This is the story. Offloaded on the outbound flight at 0600 from Luton. It was delayed but took off only 30 minutes late. We were offloaded.
At 0700 my friend (lives in Majorca) called and emailed them to tell of delay. I called at 0815 uk time. Only to be told they plan their drivers 24hrs in advance and my driver was already there. Hardly as my flight wouldn’t be landing for another hour . I explained my new arrival time with her on the phone and by email. Her response, “a driver probably won’t be there to meet you”. So much for flexibility and delays.
Got to Palma 12 hours later. No driver. Stranded as a family of four at 2230. Had to shell out for another cab. 47.5e later. Took 25 minutes to get to hotel. Emails unanswered. No refund. Will now have to go back and try and get a refund via chargeback on my card. The lady I spoke to was Lucia, I think as I could hardly understand her.
Totally inflexible and to leave a family abandoned at an airport in a foreign country is totally unacceptable.
Return journey. Confirmed two days beforehand. No taxi. Called them up and said she would send one. I suspiciously think they called one from the rank. Overall a complete shambles.
Saw a company in Santa Ponsa. ABC transfers. They only charge 33e each way. Alternatively, get a bus or a taxi from the airport. There’s loads. Never again. Rubbish start to a holiday.
