I like this company. One of my favorite brands. Good quality and design and affordable price.

I purchased a pair of boots from the Baldinini outlet store for 200€ (reduced from 540€). After going home I realized one of the zippers is defective and opens on its own when I walk. I contacted the store and they said I can come back and they can give me a voucher to purchase something else, as they didn’t have another pair in my size. The outlet store is located 200km from my home and that wasn’t a feasible option for me as it would have cost me another 100€ and 1 extra day. They refused my offer to ship them the boots back via post.

I decided to contact the regular Baldinini store and explain the whole situation. At first, they were very understanding and offered to repair the shoes. I only had to ship them to Italy. I agreed and sent the boots via post.

After a week, without any prior notice from the customer service agent of Baldinini, I received a note that a package has been delivered - I got back the boots. Unfortunately, I opened the package and realized the zipper has not been repaired at all. They didn’t even touch the shoes and just put them in a different box and sent them back to me.

I contacted them and ask for an explanation and I demanded a full refund of the price I paid. They ghoasted me completely ever since. I sent them a reminder and got nothing.

This company is asking a ridiculous amount of money for their products and they offer super low quality and poor customer service. If you pay more than 500€ for a pair of boots you would expect them to last at least for a couple of years.

I would never buy anything from this brand again! Super disappointing both quality and customer service-wise.

I purchased my first (and last) pair of Baldini loafers a month or so ago. When it arrived it looked great, little uncomfortable, but I thought leather would conform to my feet like all others. After 5 wears, shoes lost all shape, so they no longer look good. But worst of all, these are THE MOST uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Not only did they not conform to my feet, they got progressively more and more uncomfortable. So much so, that today after getting dressed and walking around the house for 30 minutes before leaving for work, my feet were killing me, and I had to change shoes. Hundreds of dollars wasted and now I cannot even return them for refund to buy another pair. I don't understand where they get the nerve to charge so much for such uncomfortable shoes.

Baldinini continua a shockare, riesce a riproporre nella nuova stagione articoli della vecchia collezione venduti in saldo, a prezzo pieno, tipo il portafoglio pochette collezione uomo in pelle nera da 255 euro.

Bought shoes and after wearing them 3 times (for a few hours in total) needed to have the heel replaced

Ho comprato dei sandali, sono comodissimi, sono mesi che li uso e mi sembrano di ottima fattura, inoltre sono arrivati nei tempi stabiliti.

Bad customer service experience after being a customer for over 10 years, their return policy is doesn't reflect the quality of the company.

Comprato un paio di sandali nell’outlet di Fidenza che dopo un anno si e rotta la fibbia . Sono tornato nel negozio dove mi hanno ritirato i sandali e restituiti dopo 3 settimane , riparati a costo zero.
Ringrazio la commessa (purtroppo non so il nome ) per la sua professionalità, gentilezza e collaborazione.

The WORST experience ever! The sent boots were defected, i paid return and the delivery confirmed but for a few weeks already noone answering support emails, impossible to reach anyone over the phone(( I need my refund but Baldinini ignores any communication((( will initiate CHB to try to get my money back, dont buy from them

The offers they send is almost impossible to access, the website is not working, tried three browsers Google Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer. It is like an offer paper from a cheap supermarket, you see an offer, you come to three shops and can't find it. Very bad service,

I bought a pair of boots about 3 months ago. I have been wearing them to the office aprox. two times per week and they are already starting to tear apart. I tried to get support from their team regarding the repair or replacement of my boots as per the 2 year warranty and after sending several emails I am still waiting for their reply. The boots are of great design but the quality is really poor.

spero che qualcuno del management lega questa mia lamentela perche una azienda di Vs livello( o almeno pretenda di essere) non si puo permettere questo livello di funzionamento di vendite online!

Per terza volta in ultimi mesi perdo scarpe che ho voluto comprare perche ordine viene confermato ma non il pagamento(tutte carte di credito regolari e in funzione).

Voi siete in miei 20 anni di espirienza acquisti online unica azienda che non collega conferma di ordine con il pagamento!
Addirittura viene mostrato messaggio –„ordine andato a buon fine“ nonostante pagamento NON viene accetato(e questo cliente non lo sa!)
Non credo che sia difficile da punto di vista informatico( tutti altri venditori lo hanno) communicare al cliente che suo pagamento non e andato a buon fine e che debba riprovare di effetuare pagamento.

Come da Voi questo ordine „confermato“ rimane per 2 giorni cliente non puo riprovare di fare un altro ordine perche rischia di fare un doppione!

Oggi ho dovuto telefonarVi per capire che mio ordine di venerdi 25.02 non e stato „pagato“ e adesso numero di scarpa che volevo comprare non ce piu!

Prodotto scadente e servizio clienti altrettanto. Scarpe acquistate prima di natale, messe per la prima volta dopo un mese e subito si sono rotte. Ho chiamato l'assistenza almeno 20 volte, e ogni volta mi dicevano che dovevo mandare la mail all'assistenza. Mail inviata 20 volte! non si sono mai degnati di rispondere!
Siete semplicemente VERGOGNOSI!!

i purchased a pair of shoes by them, they turned out to be defective, they wouldn't accept the return, writing me bulls*** emails. end of story.

I bought a pair of boots that came with a defect. I returned them and ordered again a new ones and they came with another defect.
I won't buy again to avoid recieving a bad quality product.

Vi racconto cosa mi è capitato con questi rispettabili Sigg. e Sig.re di Baldinini:

Nel giugno scorso ho acquistato un bel paio di saldali in vitello nero nel negozio Baldinini di Fidenza; dopo circa due settimane la pelle di questi sandali si è sfogliata, praticamente sdoppiata in varie parti, l’ho fatto presente e mi hanno chiesto di riportarli in negozio che li avrebbero visionati e riparati (io sono di Milano e ho dovuto fare tra andata e ritorno km. 200).
Dopo vari solleciti per avere riscontro da parte di Baldinini per avere anche la necessità di avere questi sandali mi dicono che purtroppo non sono riparabili e che me li avrebbero sostituiti. Nonostante gli avessi fatto presente che mi sembrava corretto, trattandosi di difetto di produzione avere un rimborso per non tornare da loro e fare ancora km. 200 e rimanere ancora per molto tempo senza sandali.
NON NE HANNO VOLUTO SAPERE!
Mi sono venuti incontro spedendomeli a casa ma una volta arrivati … ahimè non riuscivo a calzarli erano piccoli … In agosto sono ritornata nel negozio di Baldinini di Fidenza a rendere i sandali e fargli vedere che non riuscivo a calzarli e poiché del mio numero non avevano più nulla che mi andasse bene ho chiesto, onde evitare di dover fare ancora km. 200 un rimborso che mi hanno tassativamente NEGATO!
Pet farla breve ad oggi 31/10/2021 non ho ancora potuto usufruire del buono che mi hanno appioppato. Per evitare di tornare a Fidenza per spendere il loro buono e usufruirlo per un acquisto nel loro sito on-line ho dovuto fare decine di telefonate
E finalmente riesco ad acquistare on-line un paio di ciabattine eleganti che nonostante del mio numero 37 sono risultate piccolissime che ho dovuto rendere a spese mie.
Ricapitolando ad oggi sono ancora in possesso di un buono (che non ho nemmeno più) perchè mi hanno detto
Che non possono più emetterlo cartaceo perché è il terzo reso!!!! Di rifare pure un acquisto on-line, pagare e ricontattarli per lo storno del buono …. Folli!!!! State attenti che non succeda anche a voi questa spiacevole esperienza,

I used to REALLY like this shop and bought a lot of things from them - everything great quality. Until I had to pay a £50 customs duty for the parcel shipped to the UK. Baldinini ships to many countries, but does not customs clear the goods they ship, so check carefully before ordering. UK customers - beware!

Buona la logistica, pacco ben confezionato e consegnato in tempi brevi. Scarpe belle da vedere ma con un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, non si può utilizzare un sopratacco di materiale infimo che si sbriciola dopo una breve camminata su una scarpa che di listino costerebbe quasi 400,00 €. Io ho approfittato dello sconto 50% sulla second season, pagandole un quarto del listino... che secondo me è quello che davvero valgono.
