Customer service reached out to me. They were very understanding & more than willing to address my concerns. I’m very happy with the outcome & look forward to giving Bake Me A Wish another try.
Not impressed with my first order. The limoncello cake did not match the description. The lemon filling was sparse compared to pictures on the website. There was an additional filling or somehow the crumb topping ingredients were baked inside the cake throughout. I’m really not sure. The amount of crumb topping on the outside of the cake was ridiculous. Huge chunks that overpowered the lemon by a long shot. Nothing like their picture. I ordered a Limoncello cake not a crumb cake. I can overlook the cake looking wonky as heck from shipping but this was a gift and would have preferred it to look a little more professional. I reached out to the company about my concerns but didn’t receive a response.

Received Wrong Cake!
Placed my first order with Bake Me A Wish, and it will be my last. Thought a cake would be a different choice, other than, say, Cheryl's. Did I mention this was for Mother's Day? Ordered a 10" Cannoli Cake for $55. My wife loves cannolis, so......! Received the cake on time, but why was there a nutritional insert for Carrot Cake. I didn't order Carrot Cake. Where is the Cannoli Cake I ordered for Mother's Day? Oh, and of course customer service is M-F. Too much money for a cake I didn't want. Booo Bake Me A Wish. More like Give Me A Break!

Selecting & ordering was very easy. Cake was delivered about 5 hours after window given by UPS but that can happen. They recommend scheduling delivery day before event, and good advice! My friend raved about the appearance and taste so I call it a win.

My mother received the package
My mother received the package, the cheesecake was nice and cold so she let it thaw out a bit. She absolutely loved it! The crust was perfect, the cake was not too sweet, and the berries were delicious.

Save Yourself the Hassle - Go Elsewhere
Their website lets you choose the delivery date. I chose Friday, April 3rd. The cake I ordered shipped on the 1st, with a UPS expected delivery time and date of 9:00 pm on the 3rd. It didn’t arrive. It’s the 6th and it still hasn’t arrived. We were left scrambling to find a dessert for Easter. All of us were very disappointed.
When I emailed Bakemeawish, they answered today and said that it was all UPS’ fault. They wanted to make it up to me by waiving any charges for a reshipment—like they were doing me a favor. I told them I wanted a full refund which they gave me, but their email said it was too bad UPS ruined my Easter gift.
I understand that shipping issues do occur, but come on, they are in NY and we are in northern NC. And it is TOTALLY unprofessional for any company to blame someone else, in this case UPS. I don’t think this company will last in the long run. They don’t care about customers and they won’t take any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and order from Goldbelly. They care.

Will never order from them again
I ordered a pie to be delivered to my boyfriend for his Birthday and it never arrived. It said it was supposed to arrive at noon and it was not delivered!
