Comprato più volte online, prezzi ottimi, spesso anche migliori di quelli offerti dai siti monomarca, imballaggio perfetto, una garanzia!

Salve, do' 5 stelle a questa azienda perché è stata precisa in tutto , imballo, descrizione del prodotto, e soprattutto spedizione super veloce!!!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti , ditta seria sicuramente farò altri ordini da loro.

Ho acquistato una borsa Guess pochi giorni fa, mi è stata spedita velocemente e in ottime condizioni.
Sito affidabile, lo consiglio.

I made 3 purchases with Bagalier:
- The first purchase: Everything was fine. Fast delivery, and the bag is in good condition.
- The second purchase: Every ALMOST fine. Fast delivery, but there was a stain on the bag that I couldn't clean out. I've seen that some clients also get damaged or defective bags from them (not sure if it was because of a discount or a problem with the shipping package). However, I bought it at a 50% discount, and the stain was on the back of the bag, so it was acceptable for me.
- But the third purchase: Terrible experience. I ordered it before a long holiday in August and intended to use it during my holiday. But the item never arrived. About 10-12 days before Ferragosto, I tried to contact BRT (the company in charge of the shipping) via e-mail and phone. No response from them. Then I contacted Customer Service of Bagalier, and they responded within an hour that they would figure out the problem and let me know ASAP. But then they did not... until it was my long holiday. After I returned from holiday, I contacted the Customer Service of Bagalier again. Finally, they replied to me that the item was lost!!! I had no idea whether their problem was from BRT or their warehouse management. And the item I ordered happened to run out of stock. So they refunded me and gave me a 30% of discount for the next purchase (I never used it and never purchased anything from them after this bad experience)

In conclusions:
Bagalier is reliable. Fast Refund. They offer brand-name bags with great discounts. Fast Customer Service (only fast for the first time or not, I'm still in doubt). However, they still have rooms to improve. When people buy luxury items, they also expect them to be in good condition and with good shipping service. BRT Shipping and Logistics Services has a very bad reputation. Many people have a more or less bad experience the same as I had. Using bad shipping services will damage their reputation and cause them to lose customers.

Spedizione veloce purtroppo la borsa però mi è arrivata macchiata!

Ho acquistato per la prima volta sul sito bagalier, essendo un regalo ho scelto la confezione regalo in fase di acquisto e devo dire che il tutto è arrivato in nemmeno due giorni, molto bella la confezione.
CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE ,mai trovato tanta correttezza e soprattutto assistenza immediata.

Borsa ricevuta deformata, il retro è interamente deforme e pieno di pieghe che non possono essere sistemate in alcun modo indice che la borsa giace in tali condizioni da tempo immemore.
La foto sul loro bel sito mostra invece una borsa perfetta.
Borsa arrivata priva di dustbag.
Borsa arrivata priva di imbottitura(borsa dimensioni medio/grandi a più scomparti) da cui la deformazione.
In pratica uno scarto che non prenderebbero neppure al mercatino dell'usato o su vinted a 5 euro, venduta da loro a 75 eu(una guess).
Non comprendo le millemila recensioni positive se inviano merce simile da destinare al macero.

Dubito che ci siano così tanti gonzi in giro da ritenersi soddisfatti di aver ricevuto un prodotto da monnezza e dubito delle veridicità di tali recensioni entusiastiche.

Mai ricevuto in vita mia un articolo nuovo in tali condizioni, sono disgustata.

Proprio indice di scarso rispetto per il cliente e voluta presa in giro dal momento che le pessime condizioni della borsa erano ben visibili durante le fasi di Imballaggio e confezionamento e vi è intenzionalità di rifilare una sola al cliente (merce pesantemente fallata).

E non può neppure essersi rovinata col trasporto dato che ci ha messo 1 giorno ad arrivare e l'imballo non era minimamente rovinato o schiacciato.

Sconsigliato in pieno.

Borsa arrivata scrupolosamente imballata, spedizione veloce.Articolo simile alla descrizione del sito, anche il colore identico.Sono contenta del mio acquisto, sito serio e affidabile.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta su questo sito e che dire? Pienamente soddisfatta, spedizione super veloce e la borsa è arrivata super imballata. Inoltre la borsa risulta essere esattamente come in descrizione se non più bella. Ricomprerò al più presto

Ho acquistato una borsa Borbonese, prezzo ottimo, spedizione veloce (24 h), imballo accurato.
Vorrei far notare che nel sito, la descrizione della borsa non è corretto. Le misure non corrispondono, ero molto dubbiosa motivo per il quale sono andata in un negozio fisico per vedere esattamente le dimensioni prima di ordinare.
A loro discolpa devo dire che anche il sito ufficiale Borbonese indica le stesse misure (sbagliate)

I had order on 23/09/21 on 27/09/21 I asked for tracking of the package,that I just know my order has been cancelled after 4 days without any Email to informed me, what if I didn't ask how can I know the updated of my order? I wasted 4 days!!!
