I ordered a Nintendo Game and Watch for my daughter and it was never sent to me. I contacted them but had no response. Clearly a scam.

I’ve reported them to the police and initiated a claim back for the money from my bank.

Same as most reviews below. Ordered £50 headphones and not arrived. Emailed company but no response. Judging from other reviews unlikely it’s going to turn up

My son ordered a ROG3080 graphics card from this company. Cost just shy of a £1000! Had an order confirmation stating that he would be notified when the item shipped. That was the first and last communication he ever received from Bad Game!
On-line chat and email, no reply! Unable to get an answer via telephone. No reply to voicemail.
Then Bad Game had the audacity the ask for a review! There is something really worrying about this company! If we could give them no stars, we would!
Ultimately we had to ask my son's credit card provider to intervene and eventually a refund was forthcoming. A negative and frustrating experience!

Never received the order they just steal your money. Don't order from this company. Contacted the police they are going to investigate this company.

Item was ordered well in advance for Christmas, it never came and the customer service was shocking with slow/no replies, do not use this shop.

I have issued for a refund and ordered elsewhere.

Item not received yet. I ordered on 2nd Jan so this is not impacted by the strikes. I have received the order confirmation, but no delivery notification or tracking information.
My emails have not been responded to. I'll be contacting my bank to refund payment if there has been no updates before the weekend.
Should have checked Trust Pilot first :-(

I ordered a PS4 over 30 days ago and haven't received it. I've sent 2 emails making a complaint and requesting a refund; I've also sent two messages on their website chat and tried several times to call their dead number. No response from them. This company are scammers: do not buy from them.

I have screenshots of the chat and am going to report them to Trading Standards. I'd encourage anyone else in my shoes to do the same. Shame on them scamming so many people out of hard-earned money over Christmas.

I am disabled and worked hard for every penny of that money and now I don't have the console that helps me manage my stress levels, not to mention the extra stress I'm experiencing now with needing to deal with these scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Update: a very short time after posting this review I received notification that my order had been cancelled and I received a full refund. I reported Bad Game to Trading Standards vie the Citizen's Advice Bureau service.

Order has arrived! Amazingly, someone answered me on online chat yesterday morning and posted the game out next day. So relieved that we got our order despite issues in customer service and waiting a month. Whoever it was that assisted me yesterday - thank you!

Since posting this review, I was promised delivery on 4th Jan but it still hasn't arrived with no explanation...I appreciate issues with post and couriers but the complete lack of customer service leaves me speechless and 50 quid out of pocket and a very disappointed son who has ordered a game for his dad for Christmas. Where is my order?

No answer from online chat or email, order placed Dec 15th paid for express delivery and no sign or communication..really disappointing.

Write a review for an item not received . A gift for my sons Christmas and no response to emails , quick delivery at an extra charge !! Bunch of crooks !!!

Never received the order, customer service never replied. Scam

Ordered a wired computer mouse on 8th December. No email confirming despatch. Phone number doesn't work and no reply to email or message on Facebook. Avoid this company as you won't get your item.

Ordered start of Dec. No game and no response. Really upset. No tracking info either and phone number doesn't work.

AVOID !!!!! Ordered a PlayStation controller for my son for Christmas. Called as I had no confirmation email so that was “apparently corrected” called again a week later as I had no control or any emails and there was no answer on the multiple times I called. Tried again and was told it would be with me the following day and over a week later no control. Now not answering any calls or emails !!!!!! Really not happy

Monday 2nd January. Still no controller and still no answer to calls or emails !!! I WANT MY MINEY BACK
SCAMMERS !!!!!!!

How can you ask to review my item WHEN I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT???

It was too good to be true… more fool me!

The game never arrived. No answering the phone, no reply to the email.

I bought a graphic's card and 2 weeks went by without any email of shipment. So I contacted them through email and the website's online chat for 2-3 days straight and they would not get back to me. I then decided to spam the online chat and only then would someone reply to me. They told me that the item I had ordered, wasn't even in stock. So I can only imagine how long it would've taken them to get into contact with me if I hadn't initiated it. I will never be purchasing anything from their website again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered PS4 on 1/12/22 still not arrived and cannot contact anyone either by their website chat, phone or email . Would like a refund of my monies.

I can't lie, I didn't check the reviews before ordering from this company (bit of desperation on my part). So after seeing so many negative reviews I gave up hope on the item actually arriving. And surprisingly without any other correspondence my purchase arrived in the post. 🤷‍♂️

Parcel delivered outside front door, courier accept fault, bad game refuse to send another and claim through courier insurance. Christmas is round the corner and no Nintendo switch.
