We had our gender scan at the Bolton branch and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The sonographer was brilliant and was really patient when the baby wouldnt uncross her legs! We didn’t feel rushed at all and loved our experience here. Would definitely recommend.

Used for 2 of my pregnancy different scans .had early scan done 2d gender and 4d bonding and all been absolutely brilliant can't fault Macclesfield branch at all

I’ve been to the clinic 3 times since finding out I was expecting, every time the girls are friendly, informative and always have a smile.
Have more booked at Bolton and will always recommend.

Went last week with my daughter after suffering a miscarriage she was extremely nervous the sonographer was so nice made her feel nothing was to much trouble we have already booked another scan with them

Very reasonable price, nice clean clinic with friendly staff.
Always used with all my pregnancies. Highly recommended

First pregnancy , i was double booked by the nhs my midwife then sent home with no conformation on if my baby was okay or not , so i booked privately with baby ultrasound clinic in bolton , amazing receptionist reassured me from the start he's also funny so gives you that ease you need as i was very nervous and didn't have a clue what to expect was in tears , i left happy and reassured baby was and is perfectly healthy so far couldn't thank them enough!!! Ill be back for my 4D scan soonish !!

We went to the Bolton one and the first time we went we couldn't see our baby on the scan (Was too early, we got excited) because of this we were booked in for two weeks time and didn't get charged again. Great service, friendly staff.

Came here for my gender reveal scan and was more than happy with the service and how they kept it a secret for me like asked was such a great experience seeing the baby in 4d loved it thank you so much x

I had a 4d scan done with my last pregnancy and it was much an amazing experience, my baby wasn’t playing game by hiding but they were so patient and we managed get some amazing views at our baby! we will be back 100%!

Had my gender scan 2 weeks ago and we found out we were having a boy! We could get any pictures but we were told to come back the following week and we got amazing pictures can't recommend enough

Blackpool branch of the Baby Ultrasound Clinic, absolutely terrible experience. The sonographer had no bedside manner, was abrupt and uncaring! She couldn't find my baby's heartbeat and said sorry in a clearly uncaring way. I didn't know what was happening. Was told that they would refer me for a follow up which didn't happen. I had to contact the EPU at my local hospital myself, was brought in the next day where it was confirmed that my baby had died. On my way out of the Blackpool clinic none of the staff asked me how I was or offered condolences for my loss. The referral for follow up has still not been made, thank God for the caring staff at my local hospital who have looked after me so well during this heartbreaking time.

the lady who scanned me used the term “ congratulations there’s the heart beat your baby is alive” my partner was there who witnessed it and we both looked at each other like what the hell, bad service, didn’t get the time we paid for, didn’t ask any questions apart from an I related to Bruce lee, I’m honestly disgusted in the service I received, considering this was my first scan I did not expect it to go like that, it’s meant to be a lovely day but I came out feeling shocked and saddened. Booking was blackpool.

I don’t tend to write bad reviews or even complain, but I’m just shocked at the service, I can tell you now that term “alive” was used at my scan, I hope there is cameras in that scanning room and then you’ll be able to use that as proof.

Ps why was I not allowed to hear my babies heart beat? That scan felt so rushed.

Booked an appointment, turned up to confirmed appointment and they were closed no contact from them to inform me of their cancellation. Had to email them as nobody ever answers the phone, they did offer a free scan however this has proved difficult to actually book. Personally don’t waste your time.

We visited the Bolton clinic on a busy Christmas Eve for a 4D bonding scan. This was our third time visiting this clinic and as always the ladies were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Our baby was in a really awkward position but the lady was so understanding and patient with us, I even went outside and had a 10 min walk before trying again twice and this was despite the clinic being so busy, we cannot thank the lady enough for making this experience so special for us and really taking the extra time out! We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again and have let all of our friends and family know about this clinic. Great value for money and the service received is second to none!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Please please do not use this company. What should have be such a special experience was ruined by this horrible company.
We paid for a package with a heartbeat bear and had to chase and chase and chase to get that bear that we had promised to our son. We eventually (almost two months later) received the wrong bear and despite several emails over several weeks (giving them plenty of chances to replace the bear with the correct one) they continued to dismiss & ignore my emails and then refused my requests for a refund.
After all that their best suggestion was for me to return the wrong bear to them at my expense and my inconvenience.
Please save yourself the stress and book your scan elsewhere. This company is simply in it for the cash, they definitely don’t care about customer satisfaction. A memorable experience for all the wrong reasons :-(
